  • We are excited to announce the launch of our original comedy series, ‘Help from a Hypocrite with Joey Dardano,’ in partnership with iHeartMedia’s My Cultura Network. Every week Joey and his guests will riff, rant, recommend some of the most legally dubious advice known to man. Joined by his comedian pals and internet personalities like Yvette Segan, Melissa Villaseñor, Nev Schulman, Grace O’Malley, George Civeris, The Cooligans and more, Dardano will provide listeners with outlandish solutions to (not so) everyday problems. The first episode of Help from a Hypocrite is now live, with new episodes launching every Wednesday. Help from a Hypocrite is available on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and wherever else you get your podcasts. https://lnkd.in/enKnu-gU

  • 8 Creators. One haunted mansion. One night to face their fears. Welcome to La Casa del Miedo: Hasta el Amanecer, hosted by Leyendas Legendarias’ very own, José Antonio Badía. Produced by Sonoro and 3Pas Studios, this original YouTube series traps 8 of Mexico’s top digital creators in a Mexico City mansion with one goal: survive until dawn. Every hour, the participants will complete challenges designed to detect paranormal activity. The catch? Each contestant must wear a heart rate monitor and control their fear or face elimination. La Casa del Miedo: Hasta el Amanecer is out now! Trailer: https://lnkd.in/etEBznja Episode 1: https://lnkd.in/eBR9_8gB

  • Big moment for us at Sonoro. We’re proud to share that two shows in our network, Relatos de la Noche and La Cotorrisa, have ranked among the Top 20 most-listened podcasts in Spotify's first 20 years. This milestone is a testament to the power of storytelling, community, and the incredible creators behind these shows. Here’s to continuing to build, amplify, and shape the future of audio in Mexico and beyond.

  • As we gear up for the World Cup this summer, we're thrilled to be partnering with Andrés Cantor's Futbol De Primera on some new digital content franchises. ⚽ 🏆 First up is "Entre Goles," a poignant, long-form interview series with Cantor at the helm. 🎙️ Check out the pilot episode with the legendary Jorge Ramos below.

For decades, we’ve heard his iconic voice calling the biggest moments in soccer. Now you’ll see Andrés Cantor in a new role. Today, we launch EntreGoles, a new interview series from Futbol De Primera. It is also the first project I have had the opportunity to executive produce with this incredible team. The idea behind EntreGoles is simple. We want to create a space for deeper conversations with influential voices from sports, media, business, and culture. Football may be the starting point, but the conversation goes far beyond the game. In this series, Andrés Cantor sits down with remarkable personalities to explore the stories, decisions, and turning points that shape extraordinary careers. We could not have asked for a better first guest than Jorge Ramos, one of the most influential Spanish-language journalists of the past several decades. After many years as the anchor of Noticiero Univision, Jorge is now embracing a new chapter as an independent creator with his YouTube show Así Veo Las Cosas. Our conversation goes beyond journalism to explore life, family, personal convictions, and Jorge’s perspective on how media and storytelling are evolving in the digital era. It is a thoughtful and very personal conversation that I hope you enjoy as much as we did recording it. Huge thanks to Andrés for trusting this vision and to the entire Fútbol de Primera and Sonoro teams who helped bring this project to life. Watch the full episode on our YouTube channel: https://lnkd.in/eg9Xne4J Please remember to like and subscribe. EntreGoles is produced by Futbol De Primera, with Sonoro Global Media Corp. serving as our commercial partner for brand and sponsorship opportunities Brands and agencies interested in sponsoring the show can reach out to Cesar Martinez at Sonoro. #SportsMedia #CreatorEconomy #Soccer #DigitalMedia #JorgeRamos #asiveolascosas #worldcup2026

  • When the Super Bowl, Olympics, and World Cup Collide, relevance matters even more than reach. Our Chief Commercial Officer, Cesar Martinez, shared why brands need to move horizontally across culture, creators, and community during these big sports moments in Inc. Magazine.  Author Sonia Thompson writes, "Consumers don’t pause their attention to wait for brands. They talk—to each other, to creators, to communities, and even brands —about what’s happening in real time. If your brand isn’t present in those moments, you don’t get to shape the narrative. You don’t get to participate. You don’t even get to be considered." It’s time for brands to get their heads in the game. Check out the full article. https://lnkd.in/ec9Jw5Pr

  • The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the first truly algorithmic World Cup. Its scale and impact will far exceed the TV screens and stadiums, with billions more engaging through moments remixed across social platforms. The key for brands to unlock this scale and impact is to recognize that it’s a culture play. To win, marketers need a new playbook built on creators, community, and cultural fluency. In his latest byline for Campaign US, our Chief Commercial Officer, Cesar Martinez, breaks down how the marketing game has changed, who the new players are, and how you can play too. • We’re looking back on a Forbes piece for today’s Beyond the Byline that dug into the inspiration behind Shaky: Sonoro's original show written by Kat Craft about a shocking, young-onset Parkinson’s diagnosis. All about losing control and learning to love anyway, Shaky is a stunning example of how our stories weave powerful themes like grief, acceptance, and hope into storylines that make underserved communities feel seen. It’s built for those who have been challenged and forced to overcome, with resounding messages of hope, gratitude, and resilience. Earlier this month, the world celebrated the UN's Day of Persons with Disabilities—but at Sonoro, representation isn’t just about awareness days. Through our diverse slate, we’re committed to reflecting real perspectives, worldviews, and experiences that our listeners can either relate to or empathize with… anytime… anywhere. • Our Chief Commercial Officer, Cesar Martinez, sat down with our friend, Sonia Thompson, host of the Frictionless Growth Marketing Podcast, to discuss a pertinent question for marketers heading into 2026: Is your brand ready to take on the largest global sporting events? The Super Bowl, the Olympics, and the FIFA World Cup are all happening in 2026, and brands are remiss in greeting them with generic fan engagement strategies. After all, they’re not just sporting events, but cultural events powered by identity, influence, community, and the underrepresented audiences shaping modern fandom. As trusted cultural partners, Sonoro is paving the way for brands to capitalize on these moments through creator-led, social-first strategies that don’t break the bank. • For today’s Beyond the Byline, we’re spotlighting a shift in podcast viewership that has continued to shake up the entertainment landscape. In the first quarter of 2025, we saw TV podcast viewers rise to 22% — up from 17% in 2024. We continue to see this trend progressing in a big way, particularly as YouTube’s dominance over platforms like Spotify and Apple Music grows to now capture nearly half of weekly podcast listeners. We’ve leaned into podcasting’s videographic future, building visually rich sets for video podcasts like Tales Unrolled, creating on-brand atmospheres for shows like Chins & Giggles, and making our content as appealing to the eyes as it is to the ears. Podcasts are no longer background noise, and we’re creating for the age of must-see listening. Check out Camila’s commentary on the trend in Digiday: https://lnkd.in/eDRrQ7MT
