It was time for our annual fundraising walk this week and we braved the heat across the UK and US to get our steps in. From Northumbria to Somerset, California to Indiana, our colleagues walked together to accumulate a total of 1,414,575 steps. We celebrated our achievement with some lunch to replace any lost energy! We were raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK after sadly losing our CEO, Gary Marsh, to the disease last year. We’re delighted to report that we raised an incredible £2843 for this amazing cause, which is being matched by a company donation to bring the total to well over £5.5k. Funds will go towards supporting those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and funding research into early detection and treatment. Flick through the photos below to see more! #Fundraiser #Charity #Team

Final results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2026 have been published. The Group has reported a strong performance, with all three divisions delivering year-on-year improvements, supported notably by AI-driven demand and the defence and security market. → Revenue £154.1m, up from £125.1m in 2025. → Systems division revenue up 47.8% to £62.5m → Power division revenue up 15.6% to £31.8m → Components division revenue up 8.1% to £59.8m → Group gross margins improved 200bps to 33.5% Nigel Rogers, Chairman of Solid State, commented: “Solid State enters FY26/27 in its strongest position for several years and has had a good start to the new financial year.” Read the full press release: https://lnkd.in/eTbwvhV9 #Technology #Engineering #FinancialResults
