Another year behind us. Markets have shifted. Technologies have evolved. The world around us keeps changing, and AI is reshaping what comes next. Through it all, we keep doing what has always moved us forward: learning with curiosity, adapting with confidence, and creating with people at the center. This year, we mark more than an anniversary. We celebrate what connects us: the people, teams, and shared experiences that make SoftServe strong across locations and time zones. We explore what’s next: the ideas, technologies, and AI-driven possibilities that help us move forward with ambition. We shape what matters: through work, Open Eyes initiatives, support for Ukraine, and OpenTech pro bono projects. A new chapter brings new possibilities, while the foundation stays strong. To everyone who has shaped SoftServe across these 33 years — Thank You. You bring the talent, ideas, and courage to move forward. Together, we keep building what’s next.

Only 7% of enterprises have data fully ready to support AI at scale. The other 93% built the lake. They skipped lineage, ownership, and governance. Those are the foundation. They cannot be added later. When those decisions get deferred, the lake fills up. The AI outputs stay unreliable. The migration becomes the debt. The infographic identifies the eight architecture decisions that determine whether a data lake holds under AI workloads or becomes a liability. Check it out: https://sftsrv.com/96K1V4

Everyone talks about AI-driven productivity. But the future of software engineering also depends on trust, explainability, and resilient systems. Innovation creates lasting value when it’s grounded in responsibility. Access the report: https://sftsrv.com/ncf2Te

Two years. One mission: helping medics save lives. Across 23 countries, Okean Elzy and Charity Fund Open Eyes used every stage to remind the world: Ukraine's fight for independence is still ongoing, and those saving lives on the frontline still need support. Together, Charity Fund Open Eyes and Okean Elzy turned that attention into action, raised $1 113 450 and delivered: 🔹30 ambulances to the frontline 🔹130 REB protection systems 🔹1 medical evacuation system. Behind every number is a route from danger to care. Behind every ambulance is a chance to get help in time. Behind every REB is a chance to get back safe. Thank you to everyone who came to a concert, donated, shared the message, or supported in any way. The project is complete, but the mission continues. SoftServe and Open Eyes will keep strengthening medical evacuation in Ukraine. Stay tuned for new projects. 💙
