Introducing 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐈 🩻 A web platform that analyzes 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐑𝐈, 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗢𝗖𝗧, and 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗫-𝗿𝗮𝘆 scans instantly through a multi-model AI workflow combining ViT, ResNet-50, and YOLOv11. The process starts with a 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰.𝐣𝐬 model (98% accuracy) that instantly recognizes the scan type and directs it to the appropriate analysis pipeline: 🧠 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐑𝐈 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 ▪︎ A Vision Transformer (𝗩𝗶𝗧) determines whether a tumor is present. ▪︎ If detected, a 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐍𝐞𝐭-𝟓𝟎 model classifies the tumor type as 𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐚, 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐚, or 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲. ▪︎ Each tumor class then goes through its own 𝐘𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐕𝟏𝟏 object detection model, providing localization and bounding boxes. 👁️ 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗢𝗖𝗧 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 ▪︎ A ViT model identifies the presence of 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 (DR). ▪︎ If 𝗗𝗥 is present, a second ViT model classifies its severity: mild, moderate, severe, or proliferative. 🫁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗫-𝗿𝗮𝘆 ▪︎ A ViT model classifies the presence of 𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚. 📊 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 & 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 We put major effort into dataset collecting, cleaning, reorganizing, and augmenting medical imaging data to ensure robustness : Brain MRI: ~30k images → 89% accuracy Retina OCT: ~16k images → 87% accuracy Chest X-ray: ~20k images → 82% accuracy ✦ Developed within Soft X Ai Club at École Nationale des Sciences Appliquées de Fès Our team : Mohamed Amine El Kasbi Aya Boukriaa Sara Echffani Nisrine El Berouhi #MedTech #Healthcare #ComputerVision #Ai #TechForGood #DeepLearning #VIT
