We are thrilled to share that Space Development Agency has awarded us a $798 million contract to design, manufacture, and deliver 18 missile warning/missile tracking satellites for the Accelerated Missile Defense Tranche 3 (AMDT3) program. This award expands our role in America's space-based missile defense capabilities, leveraging our proven Sierra Space Eclipse™ Satellite Family technology. This week, our teams gathered at our various sites across the U.S. to celebrate Independence Day together. 250 years of American innovation, exploration, and possibility. Dreamers and builders—that's part of the Sierra Space spirit. Happy Independence Day from Sierra Space!

Our Chief Astronaut Tom Marshburn recently spent time with our talented cohort of interns at our Wisconsin site. During his visit, the interns provided updates on their summer projects, and Dr. Marshburn discussed our long history of proven space systems already operating on orbit. Across our Space Subsystems Business line, we've flown 300+ components on the International Space Station, from life support and environmental control systems to power distribution and thermal management hardware. The highlight of the visit was an interactive Q&A where Dr. Marshburn shared firsthand knowledge about the profound physiological effects astronauts experience during launch, re-entry, and landing. The interns had the unique opportunity to learn directly from someone who has lived through these extreme conditions, gaining perspective that textbooks simply cannot provide. We look forward to these young professionals shaping the future of aerospace and defense.
