When a delivery fails on the last mile, most teams treat it as a routing problem. They reroute the driver, add buffer time, add another vehicle to the fleet. But a lot of these failures start earlier, at an address that was incomplete or wrong from the time of checkout. Over time, that is a lot of re-delivery cost and lost first-attempt success, without anyone tracing it back to where it began. On 5 August, we are getting into exactly this. In the episode 3 of The AgentFleet Chronicles, we will walk you through Address Intelligence, where you will see how AI cleans and completes addresses before a parcel ever leaves the hub, and what that does to first-attempt delivery, cost-to-serve, and customer experience. ⏰5 August | 9:00 AM BRT | GMT−3 🎙️Phanindra Karunakaram, Solution Consultancy Head at Shipsy 👇Register here, link in the first comment #LastMile #AgentFleet

Chalk, tape, and eight numbered squares on the floor were all it took to turn our Bangalore office into a playground last week🖍️ Our People Success team set up a nostalgia-fueled hopscotch grid, and it turns out nobody really forgets how to play, no matter how many years or meetings stand between you and the last time you tried.🎞️ There was no competition and scoreboard, just people trading their laptops for a few minutes of snacks, wobbly landings, and a fair amount of talk about who still has the best balance in the room. 😄 Turns out you never grow out of some things🧡 #BuildingwithloveandAI #LifeatShipsy

Kout Food Group faced a choice every multi-brand QSR operator in Kuwait eventually hits: keep ceding the last mile to aggregators, or build the capability to own it. They chose to build, and turned that capability into a new line of business. Running 7+ QSR brands and 35,000+ deliveries per day in Kuwait through a fleet of 2,000+ drivers used to mean fragmented rosters across locations, delivery times behind global benchmarks, and payouts calculated by hand. Kout Food Group now runs it all on Shipsy's AI-native TMS, with one platform holding a single source of truth. The platform routes drivers to the nearest order in seconds, manages rosters and schedules across every brand and location instead of one at a time, and reconciles COD collections against payouts without manual cross-checking. That same infrastructure now lets them club orders across brands and act as a 3PL for others as well, turning delivery from a cost center into a revenue line. Amin Mohamed, CEO at Kout Food Group, shares what that shift meant for his team. Which part of your delivery operation is hardest to scale: driver allocation, roster planning across locations, or payout reconciliation?

Microsoft puts South African generative-AI adoption at 23% last quarter. Almost none of it reaches the depot floor or dispatch desk. Retailers compete on ever-bolder promises: two-hour slots, same-day, buy-online-return-in-store. LSPs keep those promises with a finite number of drivers and routes, watching a different scoreboard, cost-to-serve and driver productivity. Both break at the same seam: a plan set the night before that can't adapt when volumes spike or an address turns out wrong. The operators pulling ahead are the ones whose system can change the plan while the day is still moving. On 5 August, we are bringing Retail and LSP leaders together in Johannesburg for Limitless, our CXO roundtable to discuss How Agentic AI Amplifies Outcomes for Logistics. What's on the table: 📍 A live demo, AI agents working through real logistics challenges, not slides ☕️ A CXO breakfast roundtable on what's actually working in 2026 🤝 A room of local logistics leaders building the same playbook Seats are limited, so if this sounds like your world, register soon. We will be at the Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff in Johannesburg on 5 August from 8:20 to 11:00 AM (SAST). Register: https://lnkd.in/gAe-s-Bx #Logistics #Enterpise #AgenticAI

Would you give every new employee unrestricted access to every system on their first day? Almost no enterprise would. You scope access to the role. As enterprises deploy AI agents across business-critical workflows, the same principle applies. Think of a customer-service agent that can change freight rates, or a finance agent that can rewrite dispatch plans. The technology allows it, but that is not how enterprise systems should work. This is the logic behind Role-Based Access Control. For years it has governed what employees can see and do, scoped to what their role requires. AI agents belong under the same rule. An operations agent handles dispatch and exceptions. Finance agents stay with invoices and payments, and every action the agent takes is logged. Scoped permissions are only half of it. Each agent also works within a confidence threshold: when a decision falls below it, the agent escalates to a human instead of acting on its own. Autonomy scales, but never past the point where a person would step in. That is how Shipsy's AgentFleet is built. Each agent is purpose-built for one role, with permissions matched to that responsibility and a full audit trail behind every decision. No agent gets open access across the platform. Scoped access and confidence thresholds, backed by a clear audit trail, are what let enterprise AI earn trust in production. The question worth asking about any agent you deploy: does it operate inside defined permissions, or does it have more reach than the person who used to do the job? #AILogistics #AgentFleet #SystemofAction

Postal and parcel operators are on one of the most ambitious growth arcs in logistics. Mail became domestic parcel, then cross-border, then a full diversified platform. Every new layer makes the operation bigger, more complex, and less forgiving, with customers who expect an Amazon-grade experience by default. Rajat Girdhar, SVP of Strategy and Marketing at Shipsy, has joined the Advisory Board of Parcel + Post Expo 2026. He brings the pattern Shipsy sees across 30+ countries. Past a certain size, execution has to be AI-first: not a System of Record that only logs what happened, but a System of Action, with AI co-workers that hold a slipping delivery slot, lift driver productivity, and resolve exceptions before they reach the customer. Parcel + Post Expo returns to ExCeL London on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September, 2026. When 3,000 businesses across 19 countries each manage freight independently, the gaps are predictable: fragmented visibility, slow exception diagnosis, and manual reconciliation with no shared structure behind it. UBT has selected Shipsy to close those gaps. Through a Logistics Management System built on Shipsy's platform, UBT's member businesses gain unified control over freight procurement, shipment visibility, and carrier reviews across their export and import operations. This gives smaller enterprises a shared operational foundation for freight that was previously only feasible for large organisations to build in-house. At Shipsy, the person teaching you the newest AI tool might be years your junior, and that's exactly how we like it. Our culture runs on a simple belief: curiosity outranks hierarchy, and learning has no job title. The people closest to the latest tools become the teachers, while senior folks show up humble enough to ask questions and glad to be the students. That collaborative spirit, where knowledge flows in every direction, is how we're amplifying human potential with AI. Through regular learning sessions, hands-on workshops, and peer-led knowledge sharing, our teams are finding practical ways to bring AI into everyday work, and to go 10x with AI on the outcomes that matter to our customers. Because the future of work isn't about who knows the most. It's about how freely we share what we know, and every Shipsian getting better at building with 💙 and AI. PS Kumar Vaibhav and Maksim Afanasenko, locked in what looks like a boardroom-level negotiation 😉 #BuildingWithLoveAndAI #HeartInEveryMileAndAisle #10xwithAI

Every day, close to 200,000 trips move The HEINEKEN Company's beer across Brazil, covering enough distance to circle the earth 2,500 times. 🌍 Running something at that scale really comes down to people. The drivers on the road, the dispatchers making calls under pressure, and the planning teams holding it together. Until recently, much of that ran across scattered systems, with little shared view of what was actually happening on the ground. Shipsy is now live across all 33 of HEINEKEN Brazil's distribution centers, running 100% of their secondary logistics. 🍺 Around 2,500 drivers are out delivering each day. Shipsy became the execution layer that brought those movements onto one platform, digitizing operations that had long run on paper and disconnected tools. Proof of delivery moved off the paper trail and into the driver's app, and the crates and bottles that come back are now tracked instead of lost along the way. Shipsy's Control Tower gives teams one live view of every trip, surfacing an issue early enough to protect a delivery promise rather than explain a missed one. Here's to building with love and AI for the vertical of logistics. 💙 #Heineken #OpenYourWorld #Shipsy
Orgulho enorme desse time e do que construímos juntos. Esse é mais do que um projeto entregue, é uma nova forma de operar logística no Brasil. EN Version 🇬🇧 Yesterday we reached an important milestone in HEINEKEN Brazil’s logistics transformation journey: Shipsy is now live in 100% of our secondary logistics, across 33 distribution centers. I had the privilege to serve as the local project manager for this journey, and the main lesson was clear: great results come from strong relationships, trust and genuine collaboration. Over 150 people were directly involved, including technology, logistics, financial teams, local leadership, the global HNK team and our Shipsy partner, all working to deliver end-to-end visibility, real-time control and a better experience for our customers. Proud of this team and of what we have built together. This is more than a project go-live, it is a new way of running logistics in Brazil. #ProjectManagement #Logistics #DigitalTransformation #SupplyChain #Heineken #Shipsy #TeamWork #Brazil #SecondaryLogistics
