TBI hospital stays are 74% more expensive and carry four times the in‑hospital mortality of other injury admissions—Sense Neuro (pending FDA clearance) is focused on giving teams faster, clearer brain insights so they can intervene earlier, reduce avoidable costs, and improve outcomes where it matters most. When trauma hits, a brain bleed can be the silent killer you never see on the outside. For EMS, recognizing the possibility of intracranial hemorrhage early is key to getting patients to the right care fast. In the field, think “high suspicion” when you see: High‑energy mechanisms (MVCs, falls from height, assaults, blast injuries) Anticoagulant or antiplatelet use (warfarin, DOACs, aspirin, etc.) visible head or facial trauma, especially with altered mental status Witnessed loss of consciousness, confusion, or amnesia Repeated vomiting, severe or worsening headache, or new neurological deficits Red‑flag findings that should raise concern for a possible traumatic brain bleed include a declining GCS, unequal pupils, new focal weakness, and worsening agitation or unresponsiveness during transport. Prioritizing airway, oxygenation, blood pressure support, and minimizing secondary brain injury—while expediting transport to a trauma or neurosurgical‑capable center—can change outcomes. At Sense Neuro, we’re focused on supporting EMS decision‑making for suspected brain bleeds in the prehospital setting, so crews can move from “this could be bad” to “this needs definitive neuro care now” as quickly and safely as possible.

Stroke is a race against time. For patients experiencing a neurological emergency, every minute without recognition and intervention can mean irreversible brain injury. That reality is what drives our mission every day at Sense Neuro Diagnostics. This Stroke Awareness Month, I encourage everyone to remember BE FAST: Balance. Eyes. Face. Arms. Speech. Time. Know the signs. Act immediately. Call 911. Proud to lead a team focused on advancing technologies aimed at supporting faster neurological assessment and improving critical care pathways across EMS and hospital environments. Minutes matter. Lives depend on it. #StrokeAwarenessMonth #Stroke #EmergencyMedicine #EMS #NeuroDiagnostics #MedicalDevice #HealthcareInnovation #BrainHealth #SenseNeuroDiagnostics
Stroke doesn’t wait. Neither should you. This #StrokeAwarenessMonth, we’re reinforcing what matters most: recognizing the signs and acting immediately. BE FAST: Balance, Eyes, Face, Arms, Speech, Time. At Sense Neuro Diagnostics, we’re focused on advancing faster, more informed neurological insight when every second counts. The moment something feels off, call 911. Minutes matter. #senseneurodiagnostics #BeFast #StrokeAwareness #Stroke
