The address book feature lets you save contacts with nicknames and pre-set amounts. "Mom." "Landlord." "Boss." One tap and the transfer is done. But there's a ceiling, at 20 contacts, older ones start falling off the list. For most users that's fine. For a merchant with 50 regulars? A freelancer with 30 clients? A market vendor getting paid by strangers every day? 20 is not enough. SasaNames was built for that wall. Claim [yourname].sasa, a permanent payment handle anyone can use to pay you, without being in your contacts, without knowing your number, without any limit. → Claim grace.sasa once → Share it anywhere, bio, invoice, business card, WhatsApp status → Anyone types your name. Money arrives. → No ceiling. No list. No number exchanged. The address book is for your inner circle. SasaNames is for everyone else. duclair.sasa · grace.sasa · shop.sasa #SendSasa #SasaNames #MobileMoney #FinTech #PaymentIdentity

3,000 XAF might not sound like much... but for some, it's the difference between attending PyCon Cameroon or not. She's been saved in your phone as "Mama 🌹" since 2009. But every remittance app makes you type her number. "+237 678 901 234" Every. Single. Time. That friction isn't a bug. It's the product saying: *we don't know the people you care about.* SendSasa's Smart Address Book changes that. → Save your beneficiaries by the names you actually call them → Pre-set the amount you always send → Type "Send to Mama", the flow fills itself The people who matter most to you shouldn't feel like a row of digits. #SendSasa #Fintech #ProductDesign #Africa #MobileMoney

Patrick lives in Montreal. He owns a construction company in Douala. Every Friday, he has to pay 8 employees in Cameroon. No Canadian bank does that fast. No wire transfer reaches a mobile wallet. He ends up calling his brother to distribute cash on his behalf. He's been doing this for 3 years. We're building the fix. Patrick opens WhatsApp. Types one message: "Pay Jean 25 000, Marie 18 000, Paul 20 000, Cécile 15 000..." Our AI reads it. Confirms the list. He approves with one tap. Every employee's MTN MoMo or Orange Money wallet in Douala gets credited in seconds. No wire transfer. No middleman brother. No Friday stress from 6,000 km away. This is PayDay — one of five financial tools inside SendSasa. Because your team showed up all week in Douala. You shouldn't need a middleman in Montreal to pay them. SendSasa. A bank inside WhatsApp. #Fintech #Africa #Diaspora #MobileMoney #WhatsApp #Payroll #Cameroon #FinancialInclusion

A Cameroonian tailor is about to get paid 47,000 XAF. Her client? Lives in Texas. Her name is Mireille. She runs a small boutique in Douala. Her problem wasn't talent. It wasn't customers. It was getting paid across borders. Clients in the diaspora would promise to "send it later." Later became never. No invoice. No proof. No leverage. We're building the fix. SendSasa lets Mireille send one WhatsApp message. A professional invoice goes straight to her client in Texas. They tap the link and pay. The money lands in her mobile money wallet — same day. No bank account. No payment terminal. No app to download. This is SafiPay. One of five financial tools we're shipping inside SendSasa. Because the diaspora corridor isn't just remittances. It's business. And business needs infrastructure. SendSasa. A bank inside WhatsApp. #Fintech #Africa #Diaspora #MobileMoney #WhatsApp #FinancialInclusion #Cameroon

Every endpoint has a story. Behind every PawaPay API endpoint is one bold belief: "Payments don't have to suck." In a continent where payment rails are fragmented, inconsistent, and often painful to build on, PawaPay made a bet. That you could unify all of it. One API. Every mobile money network. Actual developer experience. We wanted to see if that bet was real. So this week, from Monday to Wednesday, we showed up at Enovation Factory in Yaoundé for PawaPay Builders Cameroon. 3 days. 1 API. Ship something real. But we didn't come to compete. We came to audit. → Day 1: We sat through the API walkthrough, not as participants, but as evaluators. Every endpoint mapped against what SendSasa actually needs. Every edge case stress-tested against our real use cases. → Day 2: We built with intention. Not a hackathon demo. A proof of concept for a potential integration. We needed to know how the mobile money flow behaved under pressure, whether the callbacks were reliable, whether this was infrastructure we could bet our product on. → Day 3: We pitched. The judges gave us 2nd place and 200,000 XAF. We took it. But that's not why we came. We came for one answer: can PawaPay power what we're building with SendSasa? Verdict: payments really don't have to suck. The API is solid. The documentation is honest. The fragmentation problem they're solving is real, and so is their solution. For a product operating in the African payments space, that's everything. This wasn't a hackathon for us. It was due diligence, with a leaderboard. Now we know. And we're having the right conversations. 👀 Thank you to the PawaPay team, MountainHub, and Enovation Factory for building the kind of space where serious builders can go deep. #PawaPay #SendSasa #MobileMoney #Fintech
