One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that hospitality is one of the best intersection points for community building. Hospitality naturally touches events, tech, media, real estate, entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, entertainment, and consumer experience. When you bring the right people into the same room, interesting things happen fast. That’s exactly why we’ve been building our monthly Railz Hospitality networking socials in Houston. To make the experience more intentional, we consistently use Reuneo, whose speed networking technology helps eliminate the awkwardness and actually gets people into productive conversations quickly. No standing around wondering who to talk to. No wasted event time. Just efficient introductions and quality conversations. Our next event is officially locked in for June 11 at Seismique If you’re in Houston and work in hospitality, events, tech, creative services, entrepreneurship, real estate, business development, or ecosystem building, this room will likely make sense for you. And if you’re building something interesting, we also offer media spotlight interviews so we can help showcase what you’re working on across our growing community channels. Would love to keep building these cross-industry intersections with the right people.

Thank you to everyone who came out for Yoga + Mimosas yesterday. It was great seeing people move, connect, unwind, and experience Seismique in a completely different way. One of the things we’re excited about building here is more wellness-centered activations that bring community together while also giving instructors and creators like Vibes with Jazz the opportunity to showcase their creativity, energy, and unique approach to movement. This is just the beginning. From wellness socials to family experiences, nightlife activations, and community-driven events, we’re continuing to expand what Seismique can be. Be on the lookout. We’ve got more coming soon

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there. Today @seismique wants to celebrate the women who somehow do it all, keep everybody moving, and still show up with love, energy, and patience. And since family experiences are a big part of what we’re building here, we wanted to highlight a few upcoming events designed for parents and kids to enjoy together. May 21 → Parent + Kid Mini Golf Tournament Team up, compete, and make some memories together. June 2 → Hot Mom Play Date hosted by Nicole Napper founder of Houston Hotties Social Hour. This is a fun weekday daytime social experience for moms and kids to connect, explore, and enjoy Seismique together. And beyond our public events, Seismique is also a great space for: - birthday parties - family celebrations - field trips - private group experiences With immersive exhibits, indoor mini golf, tons of room to play, and flexible event space, we love helping families create memorable experiences. Check the link in bio for event details and reservations.

A few moments from last night at Seismique . We had the chance to connect with creatives, event planners, entrepreneurs, hospitality professionals, and some unexpected but valuable ecosystem partners spanning legal, senior care, business services, and more. When you work with venue partners that are open to ideas, activations, and community-driven experiences, you create opportunities for the right people to collide. Big thank you to everyone who came out, connected, and helped bring the energy. Event powered by Railz Hospitality

One thing Melanie Coleman , director at Seismique, brought up that really stood out is how important it is for venues to understand the purpose behind an event, not just the logistics. A networking mixer, celebration, workshop, or community event all require different energy, flow, and execution. The best venue partners ask the right questions early so they can help planners actually achieve the goal of the event, not just host it. That alignment is what often separates a good event from a meaningful one. If you’re a creative, event planner, or hospitality professional looking to connect with others in the space, we’ll be hosting a networking event at Seismique on May 7th. Free to attend.

This is what Neon Nights is all about. Last week, we had the chance to host the launch of Manna Oven, a Colombian-American fusion food truck serving oven-baked proteins, fresh vegetables, and real, quality meals. What makes it even better? It’s a full family behind it. Mom, daughter, and a team building something together from the ground up. This is exactly the kind of energy we want at Seismique. A space where small businesses can launch, grow, and connect with the community. Be on the lookout for Manna Oven on the property and make sure you stop by and support. Neon Nights is happening every Thursday and Friday. Come experience the food, the people, and everything we’re building. Tap the link in bio to RSVP!

Seismique is evolving. What started as an immersive art museum is becoming something much bigger. A space for community, creativity, and connection. A place where artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives can showcase what they’re building and tap into real audiences. Neon Nights is just the beginning. Every Thursday and Friday, we’re opening the doors to new ideas, new energy, and new opportunities. Whether you’re coming to experience it or looking for a platform to activate your brand or talent, there’s space for you here. Stop by this week and see what we’re building!
