Toto Building has run on SECOM's integrated service since 2018: CCTV, access control, and security officers stationed on-site. Eight years is a long time to keep betting on one partner for your building's safety. The Property Manager explains it simply. It was never about flashy tech demos during the pitch. It came down to one thing: actually feeling safe, especially after dark. "I feel reassured and don't worry too much, especially at night. Whenever something happens, SECOM always informs us quickly and responds fast," she said. One night put that to the test. A phone thief from the building next door tried to escape by jumping into Toto Building's grounds. SECOM's team moved immediately. "SECOM's security responded so fast. When we checked, it turned out he'd stolen a phone from the building next door and was trying to escape through Toto," she said. Behind that kind of response is someone showing up every single day. Rahmat Dijar Maulana, a SECOM Bhayangkara officer stationed at Toto Building, sees it from the other side of that same story. Teamwork on-site matters too. Rahmat says he's picked up real knowledge here, about security systems, sensors, and CCTV, just from working alongside his team. "I've stayed at this posting because the teamwork here is really strong. I've learned a lot about security systems, sensors, and CCTV," he said. Two people, two very different vantage points. Bergabung sebagai Security Wanita di SECOM Bhayangkara pada Agustus 2024. Selvi mengawali karir dengan bertugas di lapangan, menjaga gerbang, patroli area gedung, sebuah rutinitas yang mungkin terasa jauh dari dunia penjualan dan customer. Tapi sekarang Selvi berkesempatan untuk meniti karir di tim Sales SECOM Indonesia, jadi penghubung antara perusahaan dengan customer. Hal ini bukanlah kebetulan. SECOM Bhayangkara setiap tahun rutin membuka jalur bagi security guard di lapangan untuk bisa menjadi staf kantor, membantu koordinasi customer, mendukung penjualan, sampai ikut serta dalam edukasi pasar. Buat Selvi sendiri, ini bukan soal pindah meja kerja. Ini soal bagaimana dia jadi lebih berani tampil di depan umum, melatih public speaking, dan belajar menjaga hubungan SECOM dengan customer tetap baik. Dari menjaga gerbang ke menjaga hubungan.
