Asahi Beverages is investing $150m in a new high-tech distribution centre in Redbank, Queensland. The centre will use advanced technology, including a high-speed shuttle system and sophisticated robotics, with its construction part of a multi-year program to modernise Asahi’s supply chain network. This will allow Asahi customers to access Asahi’s full beverages range more efficiently - from Great Northern and VB to Hard Rated and non-alcohol products such as Schweppes, Pepsi Max, Cool Ridge water and much more. The site will sit within the Redbank Motorway Estate, a strategically located industrial precinct in south-east Queensland and is expected to be fully operational by 2028. With more than 97% of the beverages we sell in Australia made by us in Australia, the investment in the new Redbank distribution centre further highlights our long-term commitment to Queensland! A major milestone has been reached on Kmart’s Next Gen NSW distribution project in Sydney, Australia with installation officially underway ahead of schedule 👏 This highly advanced automation project has been years in the making, including solution development, engineering, planning and preparation before site mobilization began. The project will deploy a range of advanced automation technologies, including an ADAPTO Fastpick system, a large crossbelt sorter, AGVs and turret trucks, to support future distribution operations. What makes this achievement especially significant is the collaboration behind it. Early engagement across teams, strong partnerships with stakeholders and contractors, and a shared commitment to safety have helped create a strong foundation for execution. With installation now in full swing, one of Australia's most ambitious warehouse automation projects is beginning to take shape. We look forward to seeing this transformation come to life over the months ahead. 💪

Repositioning industrial assets is about more than a fresh coat of paint, it’s about unlocking performance, efficiency and a better experience for the people who use the space every day. Engaged by Goodman and built by Buildline Constructions, SBA was tasked with repositioning its MCP3 site, transforming an older warehouse and office into a revitalised, higher-performing facility. Delivered in stages, the transformation included significant demolition works, new recessed docks, upgraded warehouse amenities, additional RSDs, a new hardstand area and refreshed office layout. Seen here, a striking double-height foyer with skylight adds natural light and a sense of space into the heart of the building. The result is a warehouse and office upgrade that enhances both the look and feel of the facility, while strengthening the logistical performance
