Excited to share that I participated in the National Level Student Convention 2026 – Cyber Security in Connected Vehicles, organized by the APSIT SAE Collegiate Club and SAE INDIA Western Section. The convention gave me valuable insights into cybersecurity threats in connected vehicles, along with hands-on brainstorming of practical solutions and analysis of real-world case studies. Proud to share that our team secured a good score! Grateful to be part of such an enriching experience under the leadership of my senior, Aparna S. It was a great opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow together. This experience has strengthened my interest in automotive cybersecurity and innovation. Setting the Benchmark in Automotive Excellence: SAEISS NLSC 2026 Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (Autonomous) proudly hosted the SAEISS National Level Student Convention (NLSC) 2026—bringing together innovation, technical expertise, and collaborative learning under one roof. The event commenced with a formal inauguration, beginning with a welcome address by Dr. Soni Kuriakose, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Bos Mathew Jos , Principal of Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, emphasizing the importance of academic leadership in shaping future engineers. The ceremony was officially inaugurated by Mr. Dinesh Shyamsundar ,Chairman of SAE Southern Section, who shared valuable insights bridging academia and industry. The session concluded with felicitation and a vote of thanks delivered by Dr.Georgekutty S Mangalath, Faculty in charge of SAE MACE.
