RPS is all about pallets. It's in our nature. Our employees cannot drive down a road without a truck full of pallets catching their eye. We are a leading pallet company who responsibly collect and supply new and reconditioned pallets nationwide to a wide range of business with one point of contact. For scrap pallets that cannot be reused, we process them in our own state-of-the-art shredder and send the woodchip for recycling and energy recovery, helping our customers with their sustainability needs. Together with our growth and expansion over the last 20 years, our knowledge and technical expertise to provide solutions to pallet needs and our commitment to excellent customer delivery means we are regarded and trusted as the go to pallet company. We would like to inform you of our operating schedule over the upcoming Christmas period. We will be closing on Wednesday 24th December and will reopen with normal working hours from Monday 5th January. This means we are closed on Monday 29th December to Friday 2nd January. During this time, we will not be processing collections, deliveries, or customer service queries. With this in mind, please make sure that any required pallet orders, collections, or deliveries are arranged in advance of the shutdown period. Our Customer Services team is available now to help you plan ahead, confirm time-sensitive requirements, or organise any necessary diversions before the Christmas closure. If orders are not received before the 24th December, we will make arrangements to meet your requirements from the 5th January onwards. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your continued business. If you have any questions or would like assistance scheduling your orders, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help.
