This is the team building the 4th Generation of the TMS. Behind every workflow we ship and every hour we save an operator, there's a person in this photo who made it happen. AI-native freight tech doesn't come from a roadmap. It comes from people who care enough to get the hard parts right. $2.7B+ in freight moved through the platform last year. 470 features shipped since 2024 to keep it moving. 80% less manual work for the operators running it. None of that ships itself. Thank you to everyone in this photo. And to our customers: thank you for putting your trust in us. If you're curious about what we're building, just DM us. Our doors are always open.
About us
Rose Rocket is the parent company of TMS.ai, the first AI-native Transportation Management System (TMS). Rose Rocket builds the platform layer that powers TMS.ai and the broader logistics industry, providing the foundation for companies to build their own Supply Chain ERP. Our platform brings together out-of-the-box infrastructure, transportation business logic, and end-user customization tools, so companies can work the way they want, not the way their software dictates. With deep roots in trucking, we’re building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of Supply Chain technology. Rose Rocket is proudly headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

I was thrilled to have Albert Renaud join our St. Lawrence College Supply Chain Management Capstone course today. Albert’s extensive career journey and connections to the industry are impressive to say the least. Albert inspires all who listen to his journey and advice as our students prepare to start the careers. After our guest speaker, students went back to working with real industry software which was generously provided by the amazing Rose Rocket transportation management software company. As you can see from the analytics, they have a healthy contribution margin.

We’re hiring an Enterprise Solutions Deployment Specialist! 🌹🚀 Rose Rocket is looking for a senior, strategic partner to lead end-to-end deployments for our most complex accounts. This isn’t a "follow-the-playbook" role; we’re looking for a deep listener and critical thinker who can design software configurations that truly support the way our customers work. You’ll step into an AI-augmented environment where insights and audit tools are already in motion. Your job is to bring the expert judgment needed to build on that foundation, helping our customers navigate meaningful operational change with total clarity and confidence. This is a perfect fit for a seasoned professional with deep experience in enterprise software (like ERP or TMS) who loves solving puzzles, working cross-functionally, and raising the bar for the entire team. Last week at TIA, we had some great conversations about AI, adoption, and where the future of supply chain is headed. We also brought our Build Board, giving attendees a chance to see something built in real time and ask questions along the way. Proud of the Rose Rocket team for representing us so well, and grateful to everyone we connected with. #TIA2026 #SupplyChain #Logistics #AI #TransportationTechnology

We’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive! 🌹🚀 Rose Rocket is looking for a strategic, ownership-driven AE to help us transform the way trucking companies run their businesses. This isn’t a transactional sales role. We’re looking for a consultative partner who prioritizes deep discovery and knows how to navigate complex, operational changes for our customers. This is a perfect fit for a seasoned SaaS closer who wants the autonomy to own their pipeline and the opportunity to help shape our product strategy. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager! 🌹🚀 Rose Rocket is looking for a Senior PM to own high-impact initiatives at the intersection of our platform and the customer experience. You’ll join a team that doesn't just write specs; we prototype, build, and ship real solutions to complex problems. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned PM with a builder mentality: someone who can read and write code, obsesses over how a product feels, and is ready to help define how AI is actually built into the future of logistics. Hey LI, I’m looking for someone to join my team at TMS.ai/Rose Rocket as a RevOps specialist. Honestly, we’re doing a lot, and we need someone who actually enjoys building systems and messing around with ai/automation to make things run smoother. We use HubSpot and are trying to stay as far away from manual work as possible. If you’re into saas and want a job that’s actually human (and has a pizza oven in the office), take a look. link is in comments

In my ~9 months at Rose Rocket, I've learned a ton! I'm fortunate to be a part of a special culture built by some amazing people, see the challenge of building cutting edge technology in a very ambitious industry like trucking, and grow the vision + grit it takes to hit scale-up phase. I'm building a growth team at Rose Rocket - and looking for a key teammate to join as our growth marketing manager! In this role, you'll own programs and projects end-to-end, be a part of strategizing new bets we want to make, and help us grow our gtm engine. Would love to have you if you're looking for this kind of experience! https://lnkd.in/gM9miAxM

Last week was the ribbon cutting ceremony for the second Rose Rocket Lab at St. Lawrence College, this time on the Kingston campus. Cornwall is renewed too, so now both campuses have a space to learn on Rose Rocket's TMS.ai. We're proud of this because transportation needs the next wave of talent, and there’s so much opportunity here for young people. This industry is evolving fast, and the best way to feel confident in it is to actually use the same modern tools companies run on every day. What makes us happiest is how much care St. Lawrence College puts into making this real for students. Walk into the lab and it’s not theory, it’s students actually running a simulated trucking business on our platform, making decisions, seeing the impact, and learning the way they will on the job. Thank you to everyone at St. Lawrence, in Kingston and Cornwall, for welcoming us in and building this with us. We’re proud to support what you’re doing, and really excited to see where these students take the industry next. Huge thank you to: Carla Kingston-Floyd, MBA, CCLP, Lean and Six Sigma-BB Kyle Humphries Glenn Vollebregt MSc, CPA, CMA, ICD.D Jessica Kostuck, CFRE
