Change is happening across local government. What happens next? Following May's elections, many councils are welcoming new administrations, new councillors and new priorities. The challenge isn't deciding what needs to change. It's delivering that change quickly, while managing day-to-day services, financial pressures, devolution, reorganisation and a growing regulatory landscape. At our Local Government Association Conference fringe session, we'll explore how councils can establish strong officer-member relationships early, build effective leadership teams and create the capacity needed to deliver priority outcomes at pace.
