Happy Father’s Day to the incredible dads who lead, inspire, and make a difference every day; especially the awesome dads here in our Rocket family. 💙 Today, we’re celebrating an extraordinary father son duo: Josh and James Center. Josh has spent over two decades shaping Rocket with his leadership, integrity, and deep commitment to our mission. For 16 of those years, he’s had the rare privilege of doing that work alongside his dad, James, a leader whose steady presence and work ethic have left a lasting mark on our team. Together, they’ve built a legacy rooted in hard work, respect, and doing things the right way. Josh shared what these year have meant to him: “For the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside my dad in the pest control industry. It's something I never take for granted. Most people don't get the opportunity to spend every day working side by side with their father, learning from them, sharing challenges, celebrating successes, and building something together. Over the years, I've learned far more than just the business—I’ve learned the value of hard work, integrity, dedication, and treating people the right way. The memories we've made, the lessons he's taught me, and the time we've spent together are worth more than any paycheck. I'm grateful for every day we've worked together and proud to carry on the values he's instilled in me. A little kindness goes a long way, and Brad proved that in the best way! On his way to a customer’s home, Brad C. noticed a local resident with a physical disability stranded in the heat after her riding mower stopped working. Instead of driving past like many others, he stopped, helped get her mower running again, and made sure she was safely back inside before continuing his route. Later, she reached out to share how much that moment of compassion meant to her. Her call was a powerful reminder that the impact we make isn’t just in the services we provide, it’s in how we show up for our community. Brad, thank you for representing Rocket with heart, initiative, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Earlier this month, Rocket’s leadership team had the opportunity to come together for a Leadership Summit filled with connection, growth, and a lot of fun along the way. 💫 From celebrating wins and strengthening relationships to learning about new products, it was also an incredibly impactful time spent aligning on our strategy and goals for 2026, with a clear focus on delivering top-notch, world-class service to our customers. It was a meaningful opportunity to step back, get aligned, and focus on what’s ahead. Between visiting Clemson University, enjoying some friendly competition at an indoor golf and sports center, and diving into strategy sessions, this group made the most of every moment. With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of our team member Rafael “Raf” Warner. Raf was, above all else, devoted father to his six-year-old son. His family was truly his world. He spent his time away from work cheering on his son at soccer, basketball, and football practices, playing Madden together on the PS5, and enjoying simple family outings to the aquarium, the zoo, or relaxing at home. Raf was a simple, happy man who found his greatest joy in being present with the people he loved most. That same dedication carried into his work at Rocket. Raf took great pride in his service as a technician and approached each day with a smile on his face. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to completing his schedule, often staying late and going the extra mile to ensure every customer was taken care of. He didn’t miss a day after joining our team and was always looking for ways to improve, actively seeking feedback so he could learn, grow, and elevate the level of service he provided. His professionalism, reliability, and drive to be better did not go unnoticed. We extend our deepest condolences to those closest to him during this incredibly difficult time. Please keep their family in your thoughts and continue to support one another as we process this loss together. Raf will be deeply missed.
