Its modular, transport-independent architecture gives developers and hardware vendors a reusable foundation for adding MOQ support across encoders, players, relays, mobile devices, and other streaming infrastructure. Red5 is already using MOQ5 as the foundation for integrations with OBS, FFmpeg, and GStreamer, while Swift and upcoming Kotlin bindings extend support to iOS and Android development.
