About us

The most delicious and enjoyable part of the Doner experience is eating it. But it does have a rich history. Doner means ‘turning’ in Turkish, and is the method of cooking veal or chicken by slowly rotating it over heat. Doner belongs to Turkish cuisine and is believed to have been introduced in the 18th century. It is known by different names in other countries such as shawarma in Arabic, gyro in Greece, and tarna in Armenia. Doner is loved all around the world. Established in 2012 we created Red Farm based on a dream to totally revolutionize the Doner experience and inject new life into our beloved and world-famous cuisine. In conceiving our taste revolution, we decided to incorporate tastes from around the world. We also added some character and fun. We present you the magnificent marriage of red (meat) and green (vegetable).
