Rackspace Technology and Palantir Technologies have launched an operating framework to help regulated and sovereign enterprises own and operate AI in production. For IT leaders, the goal is direct: help move AI into production where control over data, security, governance and deployment location shapes how systems must run. Delivered through Rackspace, the framework combines Palantir Foundry and AIP with governed private cloud, sovereign cloud, on-prem infrastructure, certified Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and managed operations. Under the framework, Rackspace provides the governed infrastructure, FDEs and managed operations that take Palantir Foundry and AIP into production. The momentum is already building. Since announcing the partnership in February, Rackspace has scaled to approximately 400 Palantir certifications across sales, engineering, delivery and operations. The first joint deployment closed in less than two months and helped deliver a 94% reduction in quote cycle time for a U.S.-based solar tracking manufacturer. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/e23MPztJ.

Enterprise AI isn't built on a single layer of the technology stack. Production environments rely on infrastructure, cloud platforms, cyber resilience and AI platforms working together as a connected ecosystem. That's why Rackspace built an enterprise AI cloud ecosystem with technologies that support every layer of the stack, from foundational infrastructure through AI deployment and operations. A lot of organizations are already comfortable using AI for productivity, but what becomes more complex is scaling AI across workflows, approvals, operations and business systems. That is the shift Microsoft 365 E7 is pointing toward. In this article, Adolfo Jaquez Vergara, Product Manager at Rackspace Technology walks through how Microsoft is combining Copilot, AI agents, identity and governance into a more connected operational model. Organizations that treat AI as an operational capability rather than a standalone tool are better positioned to scale securely and generate long-term value.
