Noel brings more than a decade of experience leading full lifecycle management of enterprise technology, systems development, software quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives across healthcare, banking, retail, and federal sectors. Most recently, he served as a Senior Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, successfully managing large-scale agile and hybrid delivery programs focused on cloud modernization, automation, AI/ML integration, and customer experience enhancements. His background includes leadership roles at Apple, Amadeus, RELI Group, and Accenture Federal Services, where he directed cross-functional teams, implemented CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, and drove UAT and QA automation strategies across B2B and B2C product lines. Gennadii has over a decade of experience in software quality, automation, and systems engineering, specializing in iOS, tvOS, and cross-platform testing. His expertise lies in building scalable automation frameworks, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless user experiences. In his most recent role at Paramount, Gennadii led advanced test automation projects, including AWS Device Farm integration, CI/CD migration to GitHub Actions, and implementing innovative solutions and analytics validation. Gennadii enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and is driven to continually improve testing strategies.
