  • Most HR leaders believe in recognition. But when someone asks "what's the budget for that?" — the honest answer is usually somewhere between "we're figuring it out" and "whatever's left over." It's not that recognition isn't a priority. It's that without a real number, even the best intentions stall out. Programs stay informal. Managers wing it. Finance says no. And the employees who most needed to feel seen—don't. Here's the thing: the number is smaller than most people expect. Meaningful recognition programs start at just $5 per employee per month. The budget was never the real barrier. Having a starting point was. And now there's a tool built for exactly that. Before we get to that — here are 5 signs your #recognition program needs a real budget behind it. 👇 Swipe through, then use the link in the comments to build yours. 👀 How many People Leaders are out here making huge people decisions based off of partial data, and just...not talking about it? Turns out that having your data scattered across multiple platforms doesn't do you a whole lot of good if nobody has taken the time to connect all the dots! ✍ I wrote a whole piece on this with Quantum Workplace, breaking down why it happens and how to fix it, and it explains why we can accumulate so much data and still feel confused about making decisions. Link in the comments! Also tell me why I always get Leslie Knope for boss i'm most like...

  • Two in three employees want more #recognition than they're getting. That's not a caring problem. It's a design problem. Our VP of People Insights, Anne Maltese discusses what separates recognition programs that actually build culture from the ones that just check a box—including how to make recognition timely, personal, and visible across your organization. • You have more people data than ever. So why does every decision still feel like a guess? As Chief People Officer at Workweek and founder of I Hate It Here, Hebba Youssef knows exactly why that keeps happening—and it's not because HR isn't paying attention. It's because the systems most teams rely on were never built to give them the full picture. 👀 She breaks it all down in her latest article. Link in the comments 👇

  • Everyone's chasing the next shiny HR tool right now. And honestly? The pressure to grab something is real. But most talent tech doesn't fail because you picked wrong. It fails because the data underneath it is scattered across a stack that was never built to connect. Adding another tool to that doesn't fix it—it just adds more noise. Gartner's 2026 Hype Cycle for Talent Management Technology has a lot to say about this. Cyndi Brassette and Caitlin Austin are breaking it down live—what's actually worth your attention, where AI helps versus hurts, and what a connected talent tech stack really looks like in practice. 📅 July 17 | 10am CT Link to register in the comments! 👇

One of the best parts of serving on a Customer Advisory Board is having the opportunity to help shape what’s next—not just react to it. I appreciated the chance to spend time with the team at Quantum Workplace and fellow HR leaders (my first time visiting Nebraska!) discussing the evolving needs of our workforce, sharing candid feedback, and learning from one another. These conversations are a great reminder that the best ideas often come from collaboration. Looking forward to seeing how these discussions continue to influence the future of employee experience, performance and learning & development. #CustomerAdvisoryBoard #EmployeeExperience #HRLeadership #TalentManagement #PerformanceManagement #LearningandDevelopment #QuantumWorkplace

  • Spice, salsa, and a whole lot of Spark! Our 2026 summer interns kicked off some friendly competition with a Salsa Showdown right here in the office. Our teams got creative, whipping up their best salsa recipes, and let our judges do the tough (and tasty) work of picking a winner. It's just one more way our Spark interns are getting the full Quantum Workplace experience this summer—meaningful work, real connections, and plenty of moments to have fun together. Because a great internship isn't just about what you learn—it's about who you learn it with. All of this is just one of the many reasons we're proud that Quantum Workplace has been nominated for the 2026 National Intern Program Award by WayUp! 🎉 https://lnkd.in/g8qN-mN

  • Last month, our Customer Advisory Board gathered for our annual CAB Summit, and the energy in the room said it all. Every conversation came back to the same idea: thriving teams don't happen by accident. They happen when teams are aligned, empowered, growing, and valued. And when leaders have insights that give them clarity and confidence to guide teams forward. We're on a mission to empower every time to thrive. And through a strong partnership with our customers—and the power of one connected platform—we are more motivated than ever on that mission. Thank you to our customers for showing up, sharing honestly, and pushing us to keep building something worth believing in. 🚀 Photos by Kaleb Duncan Photography

      +1
  • When employees feel heard, they stay. When managers have real data, they lead better. When HR has the right tools, the whole business moves forward. MacLean-Fogg is proof of that. A family-owned manufacturer with 2,100 employees—two-thirds of them on the shop floor—they wanted to build a culture where every voice counted, no matter the role. So they went looking for a partner who truly understood their world. They found that in Quantum Workplace. What started as a better way to listen grew into something much bigger. ✅ Survey completion jumped from ~50% to 81% ✅ Turnover cut roughly in half ✅ $3M+ saved annually ✅ 30–40% savings on survey admin costs But the numbers only tell part of the story.
