🧵 WE'RE HIRING | TEXTILE R&D ENGINEER (WEAVING & KNITTING) Do you have a passion for textile innovation and fabric development? PT Sinar Continental looking for a Textile R&D Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative woven and knitted fabrics. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and turning ideas into high-quality textile products, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and improve woven and knitted fabric constructions based on customer requirements and market trends. - Conduct laboratory and production trials for new product development. - Evaluate fabric performance through physical and quality testing. - Analyze yarn specifications, fabric construction, and process parameters to optimize product quality and manufacturing efficiency. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to weaving, knitting, and fabric development. - Collaborate with Production, Dyeing & Finishing, Quality Assurance, and Marketing throughout the product development process. - Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and development documentation. Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Textile Engineering. - Experience in Textile R&D, Product Development, Weaving, or Knitting is preferred. - Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a passion for textile innovation are welcome to apply. - Solid understanding of yarn characteristics, fabric construction, weaving and knitting processes, and textile testing. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Able to work effectively in a team within a manufacturing environment.
