Teams are burning tokens like there's no tomorrow. More AI, more speed, more output. But the decisions driving all of it are still made without the full picture. Customer signals in five tools. Competitor moves in someone's head. Context lost every time you hand off to an agent. AI didn't fix the context problem. It made the wrong decisions faster and more expensive. What product teams actually need is a shared system. Context management built for how teams work together, humans and agents, from the same information. A system designed for the work. Not something you build yourself. Not a legacy stack held together with integrations. One system. Built on context. For the teams that want to ship the right thing, not just ship fast. We're changing the operating system for how products get built.

We're building the biggest qualitative research project in product management history, open sourced and with $10 donated to the charity of your choice for every completed interview. The PM role is the biggest bottleneck in the agentic world and everyone knows it. Not a survey. A real conversation with our AI researcher about what the future of product building looks like, what you're dreaming about, and what needs to change. The full dataset gets open sourced when we're done. Take the interview and pass it on in your network: https://lnkd.in/edydRVb4

Amplitude, Dovetail, and Canny are now live in Propane Your customer truth is split across many tools. Analytics in Amplitude. Research in Dovetail. Feedback in Canny. None of them talking to each other. Data-driven teams are doing the synthesis manually. Tagging notes. Exporting CSVs. Running searches across tabs. The signal is there. The work of connecting it isn't. Today Propane ships three new MCP connectors: Amplitude, Dovetail, and Canny. Connect them once. Your usage data, research findings, and customer feedback surface together — in the same canvas where you build your specs and run your agents. From signal to spec to shipped. No manual handoff in between. Free to start. Connect your tools at https://www.usepropane.ai/

Product teams are already using Propane to run competitor research, develop features, collect and eval data from their tools, then hand off specs directly to Cursor and Lovable. This week we shipped support for Cursor Cloud Agent inside the canvas. The teams using it aren't working the same way they were two weeks ago. We're looking for more of them. Specifically the ones where the PM is the bottleneck, not the engineer. Where shared context matters more than another shared doc. Where the gap between customer insight and coding handoff is where time goes to die. Where the process and tooling were built for a different era. Where moving fast doesn't mean leaving anyone behind. If that's your team, we want to work with you. More coming soon.

We just hit SOC 2 Type II. That might sound like a compliance checkbox, for us it means something bigger. Propane is built for the agentic era. That means your product data, your research, your customer signals are all flowing through a live workspace where humans and agents work together. The data is the product. Keeping it safe is not optional. SOC 2 Type II is the proof that we take that seriously. Not just a snapshot audit but a continuous commitment, reviewed over time. We are building the frontier of product tooling. The agentic world needs speed and intelligence but it also needs trust. You should not have to choose between moving fast and keeping your data intact. Now you do not have to. Read more here; https://lnkd.in/eyupZW95

We all hear it now. The new bottleneck of building products isn't the coding agent, it's the product process that feeds it. We're shipping our Open Beta of Propane's Canvas. One surface where your whole team works alongside agents, pulling in real customer data and collaborating on live specs that push straight into your coding agents. No managing connectors, no prompt skills, no context files, no passing docs around. A multiplayer collaborative environment that works the way you'd expect it to, going from collecting data to shipping a new feature in minutes. Like Cursor and Lovable did for coding, we're doing for the product management process. This is the multiplayer version of the product stack.

Claude Code/cowork is remarkable. For personal use, it's a step change. Getting it to work for your whole product team is where the batteries aren't included. Context setup is manual, sharing breaks, and everyone ends up working from a different foundation on the same product, every session. Company Context is part of our open beta. Day one, out of the box. We index your company automatically. When your team opens a canvas to collect signals and shape the next feature, that context is already there. No setup. No file sharing. Just the foundation, ready to go.

Propane is excited to sponsor @[Zero2Demo](urn:li:organization:109544471) Cohort #2 in Copenhagen this weekend. 36 hours. Ideas to MVPs to real demos. This is exactly the kind of thing the Nordic ecosystem needs more of. We love seeing what people build when they're given a room, a deadline, and a reason to ship. Especially right now, when building with AI is moving so fast. Our Founder @[Dennis Green-Lieber](urn:li:person:Eoa_McLqnD) is joining the weekend as a mentor. https://lnkd.in/eaWBpusU Good luck to all the teams 🤠

The entire product management process is moving into the agent world. To make that shift real, you need the very best team in Europe with the very best talent. That's why we're excited that Ben is joining as our founding AI engineer. Ben is a young talent out of the UK who's already been doing exceptional work at AI companies. He brings real depth. But what made the difference is that he fits the culture we're building. Someone who pushes boundaries and doesn't wait to be told what's possible. We've only just got started. Now it's about winning the entire category.
