Some milestones require you to pause building, look at the screen, and smile. When I first started building the digital map for ProductMeetups, the goal was straightforward: to make it easier for product professionals to find local events and connect. I never expected that major European communities would start reaching out so quickly. Today, I get to proudly point at the screen. We are officially partnering with Productlab! A massive thank you to Daniele Ronca for seeing the vision and bringing his incredible three-day Berlin conference onto our radar. Having top-tier organizers validate what we are building is the ultimate motivation to keep pushing updates and shipping new feature. To celebrate, Daniele gave us something huge for the community: ⭐ FREE online tickets ⭐ A 50 Euro discount for the in-person event in Berlin Want to grab one of the free spots or the discount code? Head over to the newest post on the ProductMeetups.com company page, follow the quick instructions, and I will personally send you the access code! Thank you to everyone testing the platform, sharing events, and supporting the journey. We are just getting started. #ProductManagement #ProductLab #TechEvents #BuilderJourney #ProductMeetups #Berlin #Networking

What actually makes a conference worth your time? In this special episode of Dodane do backlogu, Marcin and Tomasz talk with Daniele Ronca - organizer of one of Europe's fastest-growing product conferences, about how to actually get value from showing up: making real connections. What resonated with me the most was that being in a community is a great mechanism for not being alone in your job, same with running podcast, I guess :) For listeners, there will be some exclusive workshop and conference offers inside. Hear you there!

Ever hear PMs talk about their "agentic product setup" and think: That sounds like a huge leap from where I am? You're not alone. Most PMs are still in a "prompt on demand" mode. They open a chat window whenever a task comes up, starting from zero every time. Getting real leverage as a PM doesn't require a giant leap. It requires a system. A Product AI OS. And building one is far less complicated than the buzzwords make it sound. That's exactly what we'll do together at my workshop at Productlab.Conf to demystify the terms, cut through the noise, and build your setup step by step. → Build your Product AI OS → Sep 15 - 17, Berlin & Online → Summer Birds ticket: €349 Only 30% of seats left. If you want to leave with a working system instead of another list of tools, come join. 🔗 www.productlab.app #ProductManagement #AI #Productlab

Sharing is caring they said. But also curiosity lead to serendipity [what I believe] Last month the Dodane do backlogu (Marcin Jedrzejczak is podcasting there and coming often to Productlab Conference) asked for a podcast and sharing the ups and down of building a community. Link below. I enjoy so much the guys, the spontaneity and the hard work that I though, why not doing a live session, a fun one, real with Ravi Mehta and Michelle Parsons that for coincidence both were CPO at Tinder and Hinge! I wouldn't expect the Product Academy's community would take the event by storm.... 100+ signup in a day.... things we have missed since a while 💚 PS love the Ravi Mehta post in polish 🔥 Well done Tomasz Tomaszewski Marcin Jedrzejczak Wojtek Smajda Jakub Tutaj Registration link on comments :) If you join Ravi workshop at the Conference link below or this code: RAVI10OFF

It was one of a kind experience organize a panel at App Growth Summit® and so grateful to Louis Tanguay for the invite and the amazing guests! With Lucie Lavenu Akash Kedia and Nitin Maslekar, PhD we discussed about growing user and verticals without loosing traction. Especially in M&A at Gymondo, business models at MILES, implementing new verticals and new users at N26 and concluding with one of the most fun topics: gamification is health and hrtech. What I learned... A lot to do research being calm and make follow up questions and for next year focus in one topic and bring for sure others leaders and panelist :) Veronika Morozová be ready ;)

It’s a sharp reminder that massive compute power means absolutely nothing without an actual, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 behind it. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gM7nb-se  • Andrei Rebrov 🚀 (Co-CEO, Finsi) shatters the 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦. His takeaway? AI doesn’t fix a broken product hypothesis; it just burns cash and pushes you to the wrong destination faster. He digs into the 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and why human empathy still can’t be coded. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/djpzxdDy  • Fred Walton argues that without intentional human “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻” your AI agent will sound like every other boring, clinical LLM on the market. By treating tone, structure, and human-handoff logic as core product features, he shows how a simple change in humanized phrasing can immediately spike CSAT. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ewBFPHB2

  • A warm welcome to amazing people and teams to our Conference! Online Birds & 7Mind GmbH Quick stats > 45x 🦩 SUMMER BIRD TICKETS LEFT > Discovery & Validation in times of AI w/ Birte Loeckel 40% left > Build your Product AI Operating System w/ Tamer El-Hawari 35% left > From Strategic Choices to Measurable Execution w/ Tim Herbig half way > Product Value & Money Stories w/ Rich Mironov half way > Building Agentic AI Applications w/ Zsuzsanna Tamás SOLD OUT ROAD to Productlab Conf 2026 💚

  • Tim Herbig will be in town! If you might wonder what a great steategy is and how to measure success for your org, this post is for you.

A strategy that sounds convincing can still be impossible to execute. “Our strategy is to increase revenue.” “We need to improve retention.” “This roadmap item supports our strategic priority.” All plausible statements. None of them tells a product team what to do differently, and there's no clarity on how to measure success. On September 16, I’ll work through this gap in a hands-on workshop at Productlab in Berlin: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 During the morning, we’ll turn fuzzy strategic ambitions into choices you can explain in plain English and connect them to your company’s direction. In the afternoon, we’ll translate those choices into tangible leading indicators for your goal-setting (whether through OKRs or another goal framework) that show whether your roadmap is making real progress. You’ll leave with practical ways to: • Articulate and test strategic choices that allow you to say no • Connect product and company strategy • Derive meaningful metrics beyond revenue KPIs • Measure progress against roadmap priorities Learn more and get your ticket here: https://herbig.link/3bT0Tk

I come on here and post the highlight reels ~a lot~. I mean that's what LinkedIn has become. The truth is life is a series of successes and failures. You don't always get it right on try #1, or #100. Next week, I'm joining Ravi Mehta for a conversation about product f*ck ups. The bets that didn't work. The decisions we'd take back. The moments we got it wrong and what they taught us. I've spent my career building products at Spotify, Netflix, Hinge, and now Lora. Trust me, I've accumulated plenty of stories that have never made it into a keynote or a LinkedIn post. If you're in product, building something ambitious, or feeling like everyone else has it figured out because of what you're seeing online, come join us. I think you'll leave feeling a little less alone and with a few hard-earned lessons you won't find in a “playbook”. 📅 July 29 🕛 12:00–1:30 PM EDT 💻 Virtual (free & link in comments)
