From #Pipe to #Project: HDPE 630mm Inspection Chamber #Fabrication At Polyfab Plastic Industry LLC, every project starts with precision — and this 630mm HDPE inspection chamber is a perfect example of our in-house fabrication capability from start to finish. Our process: the HDPE pipe was first measured and marked to the required length, the circular base plate was precision-cut using our CNC cutting machine, and the inlet/outlet pipe stubs were fused into the chamber body using socket fusion welding. The base was then sealed with a full fusion weld, creating a leak-proof, structurally sound unit. The finished chamber was transported and installed on-site, connected directly into the drainage line and set level within the excavation — ready to perform for years to come. This project reflects what Polyfab does best: turning standard HDPE pipe into precise, durable, application-ready solutions — fully fabricated in-house, built for the field.
