Join us on Wednesday, 7/22 for the Plural x Kubernetes July meetup 👋 Our guest speaker is Noam Levy, Field CTO at groundcover. His topic is "Fast, Consistent, and Scalable: End-to-End Testing with Kubernetes and networking magic." Bring your questions :) Session Description: E2E tests are critical, but they often come at the cost of speed, consistency, and developer experience. Catching regressions early shortens feedback loops, boosts confidence, and helps developers move fast without cutting corners. Our solution is: 💡 Databases run in a remote Kubernetes cluster 💡 Local dev environments connect via lightweight networking tools 💡 Tests run locally, using real infrastructure, with identical behavior in CI In this talk, we will demo this architecture with blazing-fast performance, a unified test suite across environments, and the ability to scale infrastructure centrally as tests grow. 🗓️ Schedule: 6:00pm - door opens 6:30pm - intros (please arrive by this time!) 6:40pm - speaker programming 7:20pm - networking 8:00pm - event ends ✅ RSVP at: https://luma.com/u4vja8rx See you there!

We had 2️⃣ fantastic demos at the Plural x Kubernetes meetup earlier this week! Key takeaways from Adna Z. and Lev Andelman ⚙ 👇 Adna's talk was on accelerating multi-agent development with kagent and mirrord: 🔄 Multi-agent systems on Kubernetes introduce a real inner loop problem: five agents in the graph, you're editing one, and rebuilding the whole container every time is the tax you didn't sign up for. 🛠️ Testing in isolation is not enough. Your agent works perfectly alone, then breaks the moment the real orchestrator calls. 📊 Kagent gives you the real multi-agent graph on Kubernetes, declarative agents, BYO framework, A2A over HTTP. The graph runs in the cluster like any other workload. ⚡ Mirrord lets you test your local change against the live cluster, real dependencies. No image push, no rollout, no waiting. 💡 Faster iteration means shorter feedback loops, fewer surprises in production, and more time actually building. Lev's talk was on self-correcting AI agents: 🤖 We hold AI to a standard no human would survive - and that double standard, not the tech, is what's killing AI adoption. ❓ Stop expecting one-shot perfection. Demanding a flawless first answer isn't rigor - it's how you fall behind. 📖 Agent = Model + Harness. Picking the model is the "easy" part; the harness around it (MCP, guidelines, agent definitions, the retry loop, etc ) is what makes the better agent results. 🎯 Validate the output, not the process. Define what "good" means for your org - security, cost, latency, resilience - and check the result against it. An instruction is a hope; a sensor is a guarantee. 🔧 Define, Improve, Retry, and keep improving your harness over time. It's exactly how good engineers already work. Thank you to everyone who came to the meetup! Stay tuned for our next one in July and keep cool in the meantime~

📣 Announcing a NEW session at the Plural x Kubernetes meetup tomorrow! Lev Andelman ⚙ is joining the speaker lineup for his talk, "Imperfect Is Fine (When It's You): Self-Correcting AI Agents on Kubernetes” 🔃 🤖 💡 Session Description: Humans hallucinate memories, forget decisions, and confidently state wrong facts. Yet when AI does the same, we call it broken. This session uses cognitive science, live audience experiments, and real-world engineering failures to expose the double standard hindering AI adoption. We will walk through a framework for categorizing where determinism actually matters vs. where "human-level" is sufficient. There will be a demo of the "validate and loop" pattern via Claude Agent SDK and Kyverno to show agentic self-correction on Kubernetes manifests. We will also discuss permission to ship imperfect AI in non-critical paths to move faster. ✅ If you can make it, RSVP ASAP at: https://luma.com/r5tvqerq See you soon!

Join us on Tuesday, 6/23 for the Plural x Kubernetes June meetup 👋 Our guest speaker is Adna Z.. Her topic is "Accelerating Multi-agent Development on k8s with Kagent and Mirrord" Bring your questions :) 💡 As organizations move from single-agent applications to multi-agent systems, development becomes increasingly difficult. A single workflow may involve multiple agents, tools, services, and APIs distributed across Kubernetes environments. Debugging these interactions often requires repeated deployments and lengthy feedback cycles. Using kagent and mirrord, we demonstrate how developers can run agents locally while connecting to live Kubernetes services, enabling rapid iteration, debugging, and validation of distributed agent workflows without redeploying every change. 🗓️ Schedule: 6:00pm - door opens 6:30pm - intros (please arrive by this time!) 6:40pm - speaker programming 7:20pm - networking 8:00pm - event ends ✅ RSVP at: https://luma.com/r5tvqerq See you next week!
