"I'm very happy we decided to move forward with Emerge — it's taking us to the next level and giving us insights we haven't had before. Our planners build their loads, step away, and come back to multiple competitive bids instead of manual back-and-forth with carriers. In our first month alone, we're already seeing meaningful cost savings and are thrilled about the expanded carrier network available to us." — Nicole Pierzina, CTP, Director of Outsource Freight, Presort Services at Pitney Bowes Insights they didn't have before, competition working on every load... in month one. That's what happens when your freight runs on one system instead of a dozen inboxes: you can finally see the market and move with it. To every partner who trusts us with their freight, thank you! Check our comments for more on staying ahead in a shifting market.

  • The first few weeks in a new role can make all the difference. They're often the moments that shape first impressions, build connections and help people feel part of something bigger. That's why it's always rewarding to hear feedback from new team members about their experience joining Pitney Bowes. When Cooper Siebers recently joined our Revenue Operations team, he shared how Jim Collins' bestselling book Good to Great had influenced his career journey and how Pitney Bowes had been on his radar long before he became part of the team. What stood out even more was his appreciation for the support, encouragement and welcome he received throughout the hiring process and as he began his new role. At Pitney Bowes, we're proud of our heritage, but we're equally focused on creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate and make an impact from day one. We're excited to see what Cooper accomplishes in the months and years ahead. Welcome to the team, Cooper! 👏

  • We're thrilled to have Cooper on board at Pitney Bowes. It's amazing to hear that Jim Collins bestselling book, Good to Great, played a part in his career journey and that Pitney Bowes was on his radar long before he joined us. We can't wait to see the impact he'll make as part of the Revenue Operations team. Welcome to the team, Cooper!

This past week I began the next chapter of my career journey as a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager with Pitney Bowes. 10 years ago, I read Good to Great as part of the B201 curriculum at BYUI with Dave Harrell. I didn’t know at the time, but I would revisit that masterpiece several more times throughout the years for guidance as we built UNIQ Supply into a thriving ecommerce experience that supports restaurant owners. Pitney Bowes was just 1 of 11 companies that fit the rigorous criteria in the study to be considered GREAT from the 1960s through the 90s. I never foresaw the day that I would have the opportunity to join one of these legendary organizations and be able to leave my mark. I received so much support from friends and my network during this job search period. Lastly, I am so grateful for the PB team who made me feel so valued and welcomed throughout the entire hiring process. Final Summary 103 Applications 9 interviews 2 offers *I was very surprised that LinkedIn Easy Apply turned out to be as productive as other cold application alternatives.

  • Welcome to the family Michele Gruner it’s great to have you onboard

💙A Great First Week at Pitney Bowes! This week, I joined the HR Team as a Talent & Leadership Development Specialist at the Shelton, CT, headquarters, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome! From thoughtful onboarding and new hire swag (my dog is already a big fan 🐾) to colleagues around the world taking time to share their stories, answer questions, and help me get acclimated - I've felt supported from day one! As someone who is passionate about employee experience and development, I was truly inspired by the genuine willingness to connect, collaborate, and help each other succeed. Thank you to everyone who has made my first week such a positive experience. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn the business, build relationships, and support the growth of employees and leaders across the organization. I’m also incredibly grateful for the managers, mentors, and lifelong friends who supported me along the way - this new chapter wouldn’t be possible without you. Here's to new beginnings and the exciting journey ahead! #PBLife #PitneyBowes
