  • A company with 10,000 frontline workers earning $30k or less can lose up to 85% of that workforce every year — at roughly $4,800 to replace each one. Disconnection isn't just a productivity issue. It's a retention issue. When staff are always last to know, stuck playing phone tag, and can't get reliable call quality, it wears people down. We look at the real business cost of the "frontline disconnect" in our latest eBook. Comment "Disconnection" to be sent the eBook.

  • 99% of IT managers say they're ready to replace landlines with mobiles for frontline roles. The demand for change is there. What's been missing is a mobile-first solution that keeps business calls under company control — without forcing new hardware or workflows onto already-stretched teams. That's exactly the gap we address in our new eBook, "How Frontline & Mobile Workers Can Finally Feel Connected." Comment 99% and we will send you the link.

  • Every safety-critical conversation has the potential to prevent an incident—or contribute to one. Across the rail industry, organisations are expected to monitor and assess these conversations against established standards. Yet for many, that still means manually listening to recordings, completing assessment forms, and relying on subjective judgement. There’s a better way. SCART automatically assesses safety-critical communications against published standards, combining structured assessment rules, intelligent language analysis and automated reporting to deliver fast, consistent and evidence-based results. Watch the short introduction below to see how SCART is helping organisations transform the way they assess safety-critical communications. #SCART #RailSafety #SafetyCriticalCommunications #AI #OperationalSafety #Compliance #NetworkRail #SafetyTechnology #RiskManagement #ContinuousImprovement

There are 2.7 billion deskless workers across the globe. Around 2 billion of them are disconnected frontline workers, according to Microsoft. These are the people your customers actually see and talk to — the barista, the technician, the nurse, the driver. Yet they're the most underserved when it comes to workplace communications. If frontline workers say something's not working, we can't afford to ignore them. We break down the current state of frontline connectivity — and what's changing — in our latest eBook. Comment "2B" and we will send you the link to the ebook.

  • 50% of field team calls go out on personal numbers — no recording, no visibility, no company control. That's not a people problem. It's a systems problem. IT and operations leaders are under growing pressure to fix frontline communication without blowing the budget or handing out company phones to everyone. Our new eBook sets out exactly what's driving the disconnect — and what you can do about it today with PiPcall Mobile+. → The real cost of the deskless worker gap → How to give every worker a business number on the phone they already carry Read now https://lnkd.in/e3iHnaWW #FieldOperations #WorkplaceSafety #MobileWorkers #OperationsManagement #PiPcall
