Rather than AI, human behaviour is one of the biggest risks for your organisation. ⚠️ While AI is everywhere, many people and organisations feel like they are falling behind. And this is where the real risk begins. 🚨 In an attempt to keep up, tools are quickly licensed, implemented and used without a clear strategy or sufficient understanding of the associated risks, regulations and security guidelines. This lack of transparency is a key driver of so-called “shadow AI”, where tools are used without central oversight or control by the organisation. • Loss of intellectual property and trade secrets 💡 Sharing unpublished research, source code or internal documents can lead to the loss of valuable intellectual property. Such information may be reused or exposed beyond its intended context, putting trade secrets at risk. AI Implementation requires professional knowledge and experience. Last week took us high up into the mountains and straight into the future of AI. 🤖 The AI Mountain Summit in LAAX organised by digital-liechtenstein.li brought together leaders and curious minds.💡 Surrounded by an impressive alpine setting, the conversations quickly moved beyond hype. What stood out was the strong focus on real use cases, practical challenges, and the question of how organizations can actively shape AI rather than just observe it. Great quality, a fantastic location, and plenty of inspiring moments made it an experience that will stay with us: AI is no longer just a technology topic. It has become a leadership responsibility. 👥 It also reinforced our own direction: we are currently deepening our focus on AI, with a strong emphasis on local RAG development. This means combining our own internal knowledge with AI systems so that they can generate more accurate and relevant answers.
