The last quarter has been an inflection point for us. Over the past few months, Preventify has quietly transformed from a handful of clinics into a technology-enabled care platform that's beginning to scale through SugarCARE Clinics. A few milestones we're proud of: • Expanded from 3 to 7 SugarCARE Clinics, with 2 more launching this quarter. • Built and deployed our own care management platform that's now coordinating the care for thousands of patients across our network. • Expanded our physician, nutrition and care coordination teams, enabling us to deliver a consistent, protocol-driven patient experience across multiple locations. • Established SugarCARE Clinics as a focused brand for diabetes and metabolic health. But the most encouraging trend isn't our clinic count. It's our patients. We're seeing a growing number of younger adults walking into our clinics, not because they already have advanced diabetes, but because they're becoming aware of metabolic health much earlier. This is what Preventify set out to do. That gives us confidence that prevention-led healthcare can become mainstream, even beyond India's metros. For us, technology has never been about replacing doctors. It's about giving clinical teams the tools to deliver continuous, coordinated care at scale-something traditional healthcare still struggles to do. Every new clinic now strengthens the entire network. Every patient interaction makes our platform better. Every protocol we standardize becomes easier to replicate. That's the flywheel we're building. India has over 100 million people living with diabetes and many more at risk. Yet access to structured, longitudinal metabolic care remains fragmented. We believe the future isn't just more clinics. It's technology-enabled specialty care networks that can deliver high-quality chronic disease management consistently across hundreds of communities through both face to face and online interactions. We're still early. But this quarter felt like the moment we stopped proving the idea and started building the platform. The opportunity ahead is far larger than a clinic chain.
