A big night in LA for PartySlate
Tomorrow night, PartySlate is bringing together 300+ planners and venues at W Hollywood for an evening of education and networking. From 5 to 7, we will hear from an incredible group of speakers, including Mindy Weiss, Bliss Productions, W Hollywood, and The Maybourne Beverly Hills. I'm also excited to recognize Mindy with the PartySlate ICON Award for her leadership and breakthrough creativity. A big part of the conversation will focus on a challenge we hear all the time. Event professionals and venues are sitting on tens of thousands of beautiful, professionally shot photos. In many cases, 50,000 to 100,000 plus images are spread across Dropbox folders, hard drives, and shared links. The content is there, but it is hard to access in the moments that matter. Before a client meeting or while building a proposal, teams are digging through folders trying to find the right image, and too often that work goes unused. That challenge is what led us to build an AI-enabled product called Photo Hub. Photo Hub is designed to make those libraries actually usable. You can search your entire collection using natural language and instantly pull the images you need. It is simple, but it changes how teams show their work and tell their story in real time.
