✨ A new phase begins at Paree Group   We are very pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans as CEO of Paree Group, effective April 1, 2026.   Following the recent ownership arrangement of Serres, we are sharpening our focus and building a strong foundation for the next phase of growth. As our Chair Kimmo Jyllilä puts it: “This is a significant step forward for Paree, bringing a fresh perspective and accelerating the development of our operations.” Our ambition is clear: to strengthen our role as an active owner and enable the continued growth of our subsidiaries.   Annika brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of our Group, having previously served as CEO of Vieser and as a member of the boards of Paree, Vieser, and Serres. She has successfully led transformation and is well positioned to guide Paree forward.   At the same time, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mika Hagberg for his remarkable 25-year contribution to Paree Group. Happy World Children’s Day!   Today on World Children’s Day, we celebrate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the most widely ratified human rights treaty in the world.   Child rights include, among others, the right to go to school. However, the world is facing a learning crisis: even though more children than ever can go to school, many do not acquire the basic literacy and numeracy skills they need. The situation is particularly challenging in Sub-Saharan Africa.   To us at Paree Group, promoting child rights is a core value. That is why we are supporting UNICEF’s Every Child Learning initiative, which seeks effective and scalable solutions to the learning crisis. 🩺 Empowering Safety Through First Aid Training 🚑 Last week, employees from across our group companies took part in a hands-on first aid training session at our Espoo office. From CPR techniques to managing emergency situations, we gained practical skills that could make a real difference when it matters most.
