One week ago, we announced the divestment of our vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) portfolio to STADA Group – an important strategic step in sharpening Orifarm's focus on pharmaceuticals.   “The divestment of our VMS portfolio to STADA reflects a clear strategic choice to focus Orifarm on pharmaceuticals. It allows us to reinvest into strengthening our three platforms – parallel traded pharmaceuticals, niche generics and prescription medicines, and OTC pharmaceuticals. What does collaboration across borders actually look like in practice? At Orifarm, working across borders is not just something we talk about – it's how we work every day. We bring together colleagues from different markets, functions, and cultures to solve real challenges. Often, it's exactly those diverse perspectives that move things forward. A recent example comes from our team in Hostivice in the Czech Republic, where colleagues worked closely with peers across Denmark and Germany to explore opportunities in our packaging setup. By combining insights from Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Operational Excellence, and Sourcing, the team challenged assumptions and brought their expertise together to find smarter ways forward. What an incredible global leadership meeting we had this week! For two days, Orifarm’s top leaders stepped away from their day-to-day operations to focus on the big picture.  Leaders spent the time unpacking our strategy, aligning on our direction, and discussing how to best support our talented people across Europe who drive us forward.      Staying true to Orifarm’s strong company culture, leaders did this by staying curious, aiming high, and seeing challenges as opportunities.      Just as important, the global gathering was a chance to get to know each other. Connecting on a personal level isn’t just good fun; it’s how we create strong teams and execute successfully together.     To every leader and colleague who contributed to the discussions: thank you! Your energy and commitment shape our future, enabling us to go further in delivering affordable medicine to as many people as possible. 

Our manufacturing site in Łyszkowice, Poland recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking 25 years of growth, strong performance, and dedication to quality. More than 400 colleagues came together to celebrate the milestone, taking part in workshops around the values that guide how we work every day at Orifarm: responsibility, ambition, flexibility and customer centricity. The celebrations also included partners and members of the local community – a great reminder that success is something we build together. Łyszkowice plays an important role in how we bring medicines to patients across Europe, and we are proud to have such a strong and committed team behind it. How do we ensure better access to affordable medicines across Europe – now and in the future? That question is at the heart of the Affordable Medicines Europe General Assembly, where Orifarm participated yesterday alongside industry peers. Our purpose is clear: to make healthcare more accessible and affordable. Delivering on that purpose means continuously challenging the status quo to keep finding better ways to bring value to patients and healthcare systems. But progress doesn’t happen in isolation. Industry collaboration and outreach are essential to drive change. By engaging in forums like this, we contribute to shaping the frameworks and partnerships needed to move our industry forward. Because improving access to medicines is a shared responsibility – and one that requires new thinking.
