When he's not helping create better customer experiences, you'll likely find him chasing his three-year-old around the yard, cheering him on at the basketball hoop or baseball field, enjoying the Pacific Northwest sunshine, or working from home alongside Beau, his Golden Retriever and unofficial security officer.
