A year ago I graduated from NYU with zero idea what my day-to-day career would actually look like. Now I'm a founding enterprise BDR at OneSchema, and last week I just wrapped up my very first work conference at #TechCon365 in Chicago! 🍕 It was just me and our CEO at the booth - no big team, no safety net. And honestly? That made it one of the most valuable experiences I've ever had. I got a firsthand look at the sheer scale of the data challenges businesses face today. Whether speaking with IT leaders, systems integrators, or consultants, one thing was clear: manual, messy data is a massive operational bottleneck that shouldn’t exist in 2026. Having previously been a finance intern who manually cleaned data, I know that pain entirely too well. That's part of why OneSchema resonates with me so much - it solves a problem I've actually lived. I feel lucky. The new job market is rough right now, and I don't take for granted that I landed somewhere I actually love - working with people I respect, building toward something real, and getting exposure to AI at a moment when it's changing everything. We kept up one of our favorite traditions this year with a team outing to Alamo Drafthouse🎬🍿 to watch Scream 7, which in theory, was supposed to be scary 👀 In reality… it turned into a running commentary track from our team 😂 Between calling out who might the masked killer be and reacting out loud to every jump scare 😱, it ended up being way more funny than frightening. It’s one of those nights that reminds us how lucky we are, not just to work together, but to genuinely enjoy spending time together (even if some of us can’t stay quiet during the suspenseful parts 🤭). Say hello to Aaron Chai, our newest CSM at OneSchema! 👋🎉 A Bay Area native and UC San Diego alum, Aaron comes to us with a strong background in implementation and customer onboarding, aka he knows how to turn “we just signed” into “we’re fully live.” Outside of work, Aaron’s interests are equally impressive: electronic sound design 🎛️, rock climbing 🧗, and collecting favorite memories from places like Tacos El Gordo in San Diego 🌮 and Johor Bahru, Malaysia 🌏. We’re so excited to have Aaron on board and can’t wait for our customers to meet him!

There’s nothing like a little flour, butter, and teamwork to bring people together ✨ At OneSchema, our monthly Baking Club has become one of our favorite traditions. Once a month, team members step away from their screens to explore new baking techniques, try themed recipes, and, best of all, share their creations with each other. Last month's theme was “Anything Fall,” and the spread was unforgettable: 🎃 Pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting 🌿 Rosemary focaccia 🍞 Protein cornbread 🍎 Caramel apples topped with chocolate bars It’s a fun (and delicious!) way for our team to connect, learn something new, and enjoy a moment of creativity together. We’re excited to welcome Wyatt Boone to OneSchema! 🎉 Previously a BDR at an AI powered guest engagement platform, Wyatt brings a strong foundation in outbound knowledge, a sharp competitive edge, and a genuine curiosity for how teams scale smarter. When he’s not connecting with prospects, you’ll likely find him powerlifting 💪, deep into trading card games or video games 🎮, building terrariums 🌱, or hanging out with his many animals🦎. We’re thrilled to have Wyatt join our GTM team and can’t wait to see the impact he makes 🚀!

Derek Florimonte joins OneSchema as our Sales Engineer to build the future of AI data onboarding 🙌 ! Derek brings years of pre-sales and implementation experience supporting customers from SMB to enterprise. He’s partnered closely with both engineering and sales teams, handling everything from POCs and RFPs to complex, cross-functional deployments. Outside of work, you might find Derek practicing his voice acting skills or tending to his beehives🐝🍯 , but during the day, he’s all in on making sure customers are set up for success. We’re lucky to have him on the team! Welcome to the team, Derek!🎉✨

The OneSchema office turned into Halloween HQ this week 🎃 Tacos were spotted. A Kpop demon hunter appeared. Alfredo Linguini from Ratatouille tried to manage the costume chaos! And after a very serious round of live voting… Holden Kardos the Minion took home the crown 👑💛 We’re already brainstorming next year’s costumes - suggestions welcome (bonus points if they're scarier than a #REF error). 🤪

Super excited to welcome Lara O. to OneSchema as our newest Senior Software Engineer! Lara brings over 10 years of experience across backend and fullstack roles and has spent her career building reliable, scalable systems at fast-moving startups. At previous roles, she’s led efforts to modernize legacy infrastructure and scale real-time fraud detection services. Outside of work, she’s an avid skier, hiker, and traveler. We feel really lucky to have her on the team as we continue growing our engineering team! Welcome, Lara! 🙌
