    Most people have no IDEA how hard it is to get an "Amazon Best Sellers" badge. Because the badge is not about reviews, branding, or how long you’ve been around. You can’t hack it. You have to earn it. It’s just pure sales velocity. You have to be #1 in your category in sales. And Amazon recalculates that ranking near hourly. Which means you’re not competing against a snapshot. You’re competing every single hour of every single day. Lose momentum? You lose the badge. (Which frankly is near impossible to get in the first place, considering Amazon sells 350+ million different products.) Last back-to-school, OmieBox didn’t just get the badge. We held the #1 Best Seller spot in our category for virtually the entire month of August. In the most competitive season of the year. In a category with thousands of products. And we did it while priced at $49.95 — roughly 2–5x the price of the next bento box. (Take a look at the screenshot below!) Honestly, that shouldn’t happen. Because the fastest way to win on Amazon is usually to chase velocity via discounts. But we did the opposite. We charged a premium. We didn’t run a single sale in August. And still outsold everyone. Why? Because OmieBox isn’t really a lunchbox. → It packs a warm meal → It replaces multiple containers (and daily chaos) → It solves a real, daily pain point for parents Which is the part people miss about Amazon: Yes, it’s an algorithm. But it’s an algorithm powered by humans. So if you build something that truly solves a problem, people use it. And that’s how you win. Every hour of every day. Again and again. For a month straight.     At www.omielife.com, we rarely use influencers. Instead, we have moms. And believe me, they are 10x more effective. But why? I think it's because they’re not performing. They’re solving a real problem. They’re in their kitchens every morning packing lunches. They care about what materials their kids eat from. They care that food stays warm. That it doesn’t leak into backpacks. And most of all, they care that the lunchbox comes home empty. So when they find something that works, they don’t “promote” it. They share it. Because it makes life easier for other parents. (And we all know intrinsically, no mom will ever promote a product that may potentially harm their kid just for some internet clout.) So you can’t buy the kind of authenticity we get daily. And it’s exactly why we’re the #1 lunchbox on Amazon during back-to-school season… even though we cost 2–5x more than most. Our best-performing content is rarely polished. It’s just a mom saying, “Wait, this actually works,” while packing lunch. So no, we don’t chase influencers. We'll never chase influencers. We built Omie with the help of moms.     Would you pay $50 for a lunchbox? Because we charge $49.95 for a kids’ lunchbox. That's 3-4x our nearest competitor. And every year during back-to-school… we go viral. We become the #1 bestselling bento box on Amazon in August and September, when it matters most. That doesn't make sense. But here’s the thing: Most lunchboxes are designed for simplicity. Not for real meals. And parents don’t want to send their kids to school with dry sandwiches and juice boxes anymore. They want to send real food: warm meals, leftovers, soups… something that actually fills their kids up.
