Building a CBD Brand around Fitness & Recovery? Take time to think about your formulations. Study the research. Build it around what actually works. Don't fall into marketing hype: "Reduces soreness 70%! Accelerates muscle repair!" Lean into the research: Topical CBD - no effect. High doses - no effect. Immediate recovery - no effect. Understand what DOES work: 60mg CBD improved recovery at 72 hours in elite athletes. CBD's strongest support? Sleep and stress reduction. Don't find yourself in the disconnect: Brands are making claims research doesn't support - and missing the real opportunity. Build something that actually works: ✓ 50-60mg doses (sweet spot from positive studies) ✓ Sleep/stress positioning (strongest evidence) ✓ Oral delivery (skip topicals) ✓ Combined with proven ingredients ✓ Realistic expectations (days, not hours) There's a path to CBD recovery products that work.
