Robert’s dedication to the North Park mission keeps our highways safe and our customers' trust high. Nick Dorn - February Long Haul Driver of the Month With 4 years on the team and 575,000 Accident-Free Miles, Nick has quickly become a leader on the road. His commitment to precision and safety on long-haul routes demonstrates the high standard of excellence we strive for at North Park. Taz Grothe - April City Driver of the Month City driving is a constant test of patience and awareness. Over the last 5.9 years, Taz has conquered those challenges to reach 250,000 Accident-Free Miles. Taz’s ability to navigate the complexities of urban traffic with total safety is a testament to his expertise and calm under pressure. Scott Caylor - 2025 Safety Professional of the Year Behind every great driver is a culture of support. We are thrilled to see Scott Caylor recognized for his leadership. Scott’s work ensures our drivers have the tools, training, and advocacy they need to succeed, and this award is a well-deserved congrats to his commitment to our team's well-being. This award recognizes Clay’s elite driving skills and his consistency behind the wheel, which earned him the highest possible marks for safety throughout the year. 🏆 Driver of the Year - City Driver: JR Roush took the top spot out of 156 City Drivers by navigating the unique challenges of city routes with ease. This award is a testament to his safe driving, great service, and his habit of putting safety first, no matter how busy the roads get. To honor these incredible wins, we hosted cookouts at the Salt Lake City Terminal to honor Chris Gregory and Clay Broederlow, and at the Billings Terminal to celebrate JR Roush.
