It's been a very busy week! Nuclear Medicine Europe held its Annual General Assembly in Brussels this Wednesday, followed by Security of Supply and Therapy Working Groups meetings on Thursday, bringing together more than 60 representatives from across the #nuclearmedicine industry. This year's assembly welcomed several new members to the association: Agilera Pharma AS, Perspective Therapeutics, Boston Scientific, ETSA Global Logistics, S.A.U., S.M.E. , NUCLIDIUM AG, and Demcon life sciences & health. Each brings expertise, perspectives and energy to our working groups and advocacy activities. The AGM session included presentations from our partners at Euratom Supply Agency and European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM), updates on the US-EU tariffs situation, reports from each Working Group Chair on their respective activities, and the traditional networking opportunities across these three days. As always, we thank all participants for their engagement and contributions. The Nuclear Medicine Europe Winter Connects, will take place at the end of November, with several Working Group physical meetings scheduled, but we will be present in the industry hall of the EANM Annual Congress in Vienna this October. We wish all our members, partners and friends a wonderful summer. #Radiopharmaceuticals #NMEU #isotopes #radioisotopes #healthcare

Nuclear Medicine Europe attended the Friends of Europe "Reimagining Europe's Health Systems" summit, where policymakers, industry leaders and health system experts gathered to debate the future of European healthcare. The central message was clear: health is no longer a cost centre but a strategic asset, on par with energy, defence and digital infrastructure. Our reporting from the summit focuses on what these discussions mean for #nuclearmedicine specifically. Read our long-form reporting "How the debates on Europe's future health systems align with nuclear medicine priorities and perspectives". Don't hesitate to let us know if you would like this type of reporting and coverage more frequently.

This week marks #EuropeanWeekAgainstCancer, addressing critical challenges in cancer care across Europe. Access to innovative cancer treatments remains uneven across Member States. For #nuclearmedicine, this means patients in some countries can access #radioligand therapies months or years before others, despite identical clinical needs. Nuclear Medicine Europe Members and Working Groups are working to address these disparities through: • Developing next-generation therapeutic #radiopharmaceuticals • Supporting clinical trial infrastructure across European centers • Advocating for regulatory harmonization that speeds patient access without compromising safety. Equitable access isn't just a policy goal, it's about ensuring every European cancer patient can benefit from precision treatments when they need them most. This week's focus areas - early detection, access to medicines, patients and survivors, and research - reflect the core of nuclear medicine's contribution to cancer care. Nuclear Medicine Europe fully supports this initiative and invites you to learn more about Europe's ongoing efforts to improve cancer outcomes: https://lnkd.in/dbbVJDUT

We were delighted to welcome the NMEU (Nuclear Medicine Europe) Transport Working Group to our HQ in Italy. It was a real pleasure to take part in insightful discussions with industry peers and, above all, to strengthen relationships beyond the meeting room. To make the experience even more special, we also shared a hands-on team-building activity, discovering the art of traditional Italian pasta-making with local experts: the wonderful "sfogline"! Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event memorable! #NuclearMedicine #ComecerForRadiopharma #TeamBuilding
