After a 10-year hiatus, Manchester Fashion Week returned, and we were proud to deliver full sound, lighting and video production for its relaunch at Campfield. Working closely with Gemma Gratton, our team supported the show from planning through to delivery, creating a clean, elegant runway environment that let the fashion take centre stage. We recently completed a bespoke bar sound system installation at the The Columbo Group's Old Queens Head, Essex Road, a venue where character matters just as much as performance. The brief was clear: create a sound system that looked like vintage hi-fi but performed like a modern PA. No visible subwoofers. No off-the-shelf solutions. Working closely with Hatchett Sound, we designed and built completely bespoke loudspeakers, finished in walnut with brass grilles and tuned to deliver warm, authoritative sound from the cabinets alone. The system is bi-amped, FIR-processed using acoustic measurement data, and powered by Powersoft amplification to give precise control, consistency and reliability night after night. This project builds on a 2023 first-floor lighting upgrade, during which we installed CHAUVET Professional fixtures controlled by Avolites Ltd, giving the venue a flexible, easy-to-run lighting system that works across club nights, live shows, and private events. Back in 2017, when we were operating as Neuron Pro Audio, we delivered International Festival Sound Hire for Horizon Festival in Arinsal, Andorra. A week-long collision of electronic music, skiing and snowboarding, set high in the Pyrenees. Across 30 events, 12 venues and 120 artists, we trucked full production from the UK to the mountains, delivering audio systems and DJ backline built to perform in demanding alpine conditions. Our systems powered performances from Floating Points, Ben UFO, Mala and more, from outdoor terrace stages to packed indoor venues. It was such a busy end to 2025, we’ve only just had a chance to catch our breath to shout about Manchester’s hottest new venue, Tangerine 🍊, who opened their doors for Halloween weekend 👻 Live music, DJs, circus performers, food from multiple kitchens and artisan cocktails. Tangerine has it all!
