After attending the Congress in Prague with Neauvia international speaker Dr. Zoran Rizinski, plastic surgeon, anatomist, and soon-to-be PhD in anatomy, it is clear that anatomy is the foundation of everything injector does. His slogan is simple: "Fear of injections is fear of anatomy." Here are the most important notes I took during his lecture: Age is just a number, but anatomy is a law. If you fight the anatomy, the anatomy always wins. To achieve safety and natural results, we must stop "filling" and start re-architecting 1. Respect the Spaces: Beyond 5 Layers The traditional "5-layer" model is challenged by Zoran. The face is not uniform: some areas have 5 layers, while others have 7. The SMAS is our anchor, the spaces are our playground, and the ligaments are our boundaries. If you respect these boundaries, you get a lift. If you fight them, the anatomy wins 2. Stability is Key Injecting into anatomical "voids" is the secret to stability. By placing product in these empty spaces, we prevent migration and protect the blood vessels. It is about working with the anatomy, not against it 3. The "Lift" vs. The "Fill" The difference between a "filled" face and a "lifted" face is understanding the ligament network. By navigating these, we can provide support without the "pillow-face" effect. When you respect the anatomy, the results look natural 4. The "Ozempic Face" Challenge With the rise of weight-loss drugs, patients are losing "Deep Fat". We are not just treating age anymore; we are treating "metabolic volume loss." Precise restoration of these deep layers is the only way to avoid an unnatural look 5. Cohesion over Diffusion Not all products are created equal. Cadaver evidence shows that Neauvia Stimulate stays cohesive and integrated exactly where it is placed.
