Some of the most meaningful progress in cancer research happens when science, care teams, and communities come together to support patients. Natera is proud to support Audaxity and the work of the MCW Cancer Center because we believe in finding new ways to bring personalized insights and tailored care to patients with cancer. We’re honored to be part of this bike ride, which takes place on August 2nd, and to support the research it helps to advance. Good luck to all the amazing riders! https://ow.ly/OubO50ZnYBM

In this BackTable episode, Dr. Nicole Faulkner sits down with maternal-fetal medicine specialist Dr. Andrei Rebarber to discuss the latest advancement in prenatal cfDNA screening – single-gene NIPT (sgNIPT) for inherited conditions. They explored when sgNIPT may be appropriate, considerations when evaluating test performance data, and how to discuss testing with patients. 🎧Listen here: https://ow.ly/xn0750Zg03H BackTable BackTable Women’s Health

With today’s announcement that Signatera™ has received In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) approval in the European Union across many cancers, we are sharing a series of firsts for Signatera from the last two months. 🔹The 1st personalized MRD test for solid tumors to receive IVDR certification in the EU 🔹The 1st PMDA-approved MRD test in Japan 🔹The 1st FDA-approved use of personalized MRD testing to guide treatment decisions These projects have been in the works for many years. They reflect the determination of employees all around the world – building projects from the ground up to make cancer care better for patients. Read more about our most recent milestone of IVDR certification and what this means for clinical trials, patients, and the field of cancer care: https://ow.ly/CpvM50Zm9fE. 3...2...1...onward!

During our symposium at this year's ISHLT - International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation annual meeting, we highlighted how donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) not only rules out rejection with high confidence but also detects broader allograft injury. Experts discussed emerging data on elevated molecular injury, which is strongly linked to poor outcomes, including increased risk of chronic lung allograft dysfunction. We're witnessing a meaningful shift in how cancer is managed. Recent data shows that our Signatera™ MRD test can help identify which patients may safely defer or avoid adjuvant therapy without compromising outcomes, potentially sparing many from unnecessary treatment-related side effects and costs. Solomon Moshkevich, our president of clinical diagnostics, recently discussed this evolving approach with Mary Caffrey from AJMC - The American Journal of Managed Care. The conversation touches on what precision medicine could mean for patients and the healthcare system alike. Read more to hear Solomon's insights on the future of MRD-guided care. https://ow.ly/U9LI50ZleX6

Join Michael Adashek, DO, medical oncologist, hematologist, and director of GU medical oncology at chesapeake urology, for a live, case-based webinar designed for urologists. Register here: https://ow.ly/ouEV50Zl68E This session will explore how ctDNA testing may provide additional insight across key MIBC decision points, including: • After TURBT and before cystectomy • During neoadjuvant therapy • After cystectomy and throughout surveillance Dr. Adashek will review practical patient cases and discuss relevant clinical data, including IMvigor011 and NIAGARA, to help illustrate how ctDNA may support multidisciplinary MIBC management. #ctDNA #Urology #MIBC #Oncology

New data published in JAMA Oncology adds to the growing body of evidence supporting the actionability of Signatera™ in colorectal cancer (CRC). This important study analyzed patients with resected CRC whose cancer had metastasized to the liver. For the first time in a large cohort, we saw that Signatera was predictive of an overall survival benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) for patients with resected CRC liver metastases. The findings also showed that MRD-negative patients in this population derived no significant benefit from ACT. Our colleagues and collaborators discussed this data in an oral presentation this past weekend at the ESMO GI Congress. Please read our press release for additional details and to learn more. https://ow.ly/bjFe50ZkOAK

We're partnering with Aveta Biomics on a new global Phase 3 trial to help patients with head and neck cancer. Together, we're combining our Signatera™ test, which detects molecular residual disease (MRD), with Aveta's APG-157 immunotherapy. The trial will incorporate serial Signatera testing to assess MRD and treatment response throughout therapy and follow-up. This partnership has the potential to advance the field and improve care for patients with head and neck cancer, which affects nearly 950,000 people globally each year.

The conversation around cancer care is experiencing a major shift, and molecular residual disease (MRD) testing is a big part of why. We dug into that on a recent episode of the Progress, Potential, And Possibilities podcast with host Ira S. Pastor. Eric Matthews, general manager of Biopharma at Natera, joined Ira to discuss how Signatera™ MRD testing is providing critical insights to guide treatment decisions for patients with cancer. He also discusses recent Signatera milestones, and what the latest clinical trial data tells us about where MRD is headed next. Thanks to Ira for the thoughtful questions and great conversation. 🎧 Full episode: https://ow.ly/zFOJ50ZiOS0
