You may come from a SaaS background, which would be advantageous, but equally this could suit someone with experience from other environments. What matters most is your ability to move at pace, stay on top of detail, and drive a project through to completion. This role is very delivery focused, managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and clients to make sure things get done. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, balancing structure with pragmatism, and keeping momentum when timelines are tight. We’re looking for talent! You may have worked in a SaaS organisation, come from a marketing outsourcing or manufacturing background and be ready for a change. What matters most to us is that you understand the industry, are great with clients, and have a genuine interest in technology. Product roles We’re looking for people who enjoy shaping product direction, translating real client needs into clear requirements, and working closely with engineering to deliver practical, valuable solutions. Experience working with enterprise customers, complex workflows, or configurable SaaS products would be a big plus. Customer Success roles We’re also hiring into Customer Success, focused on building long-term relationships with clients, owning delivery and adoption, and making sure customers get real value from the platform. This suits someone who’s commercially aware, organised, and comfortable working across clients, product and delivery teams.
