“The idea of bringing things to life from paper has always interested me. It is amazing that we can take a few sets of plans, walk out to a dirt lot and bring those plans to life within a short period of time. I wanted to be involved in every step of the process.” Alexander Nichols sees the vision - and has the skills to build it, no matter the product type. “In BTR, we get to experience completely new plans at each individual project. Coming from the single family residential side, plans generally stay the same over the course of a few years with minor changes.” As a Project Manager for our Phoenix-based team, Alex says staying “ahead of the needs of our customers” helps keep his projects moving at the pace BTR demands. That, and working with trades to coordinate schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and keep jobsites safe makes the operation smoother. It all adds up to what makes him the most proud of his work: “After the work day is over, I am happy to see the progress we have made. Being able to reach big, visual milestones makes me proud of the work that the team has completed.”
