2026 looks to be another year of guesses and predictions, most of which will be wrong to some degree or another. But without guesses in predictions we are forced to sit and wonder.
To be a business owner, an executive level manager, her truly just in business itself; you must have a prediction you must have a thought you must have a guess as to where the market for your particular world is going. It’s with experience, education, and involvement that we make such predictions.
Setting and wondering only leads to being ineffective and inefficient. Our hands are forced on a daily basis to make decisions based on what we know or what we think and to do what we think is best for our customers, our companies, and our ourselves.
I know every leader at every level of every business goes through the same thoughts and what I’m always brought back to, the very root of decision making, are the relationships we form.
