🌟 Mizaic Team Gives Back at Fairplay House 🌟 Earlier this month, a team of Mizaic volunteers swapped their desks for power tools, paintbrushes and plenty of sunshine to spend the day supporting Fairplay House in Wickham Bishops, Essex. Fairplay House provides outdoor learning experiences for children from some of London’s most underserved communities, helping them build confidence, resilience and lasting memories through adventure, so it felt very special to play a small part in supporting the space they enjoy. Across the day, the team contributed 90 volunteering hours, taking on a range of practical projects to improve the site’s facilities. Together, they built 10 timber benches from scratch, painted fencing around the climbing wall and high ropes course, and added engraved plaques with inspirational, child-friendly messages. It was a hot, hands-on and physically demanding day, but it was also full of laughter, teamwork and a real sense of achievement. The loveliest feedback came from the team at Fairplay House, who said the benches and quotes “will inspire thousands of children every year”, which made every bit of measuring, drilling, lifting and painting more than worth it. ❤️ A huge thank you to Dominic, Pete and everyone at Fairplay House for welcoming us, to Volunteering Matters for helping make the day happen, and to every Mizaic volunteer who got stuck in with such energy and good humour.

Revolutionising the clinician : patient experience and driving a paperless NHS, with our EDMS – MediViewer.
About us
For some organisations, digital transformation remains a buzzword. For Mizaic, it underpins everything we do. We are revolutionising the clinician : patient experience at the point of care, with our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) – MediViewer – built for the NHS, by a team that has worked in the NHS. So, from easy-to-use technology, to the perfect change management programme delivered by people who have been there and done that for Trusts throughout the UK, we’ll support you on your journey to paperless – whatever your digital maturity. Because we know the healthtech industry is full of jargon. We appreciate that digital transformation projects are feared when hospital teams are already stretched. And we understand entirely – through learned experiences earlier in our careers – the enormity of implementation challenges that can arise. But we also know that by transforming physical, unstructured and legacy records from multiple systems, into digital, organised, searchable and shareable content, we’ll provide rapid access to relevant patient information at the point of care. The efficiency, cost-saving and environmental benefits are vast. But critically, we’ll also break down silos and enable quick, informed and connected decision-making, for caregiving across entire integrated care systems (ICS). In a complex and crowded market, we’re already relied upon by more than 100,000 Healthcare professionals healthcare professionals and 20,000,000 patients throughout the country. And our product roadmap shows no sign of slowing – neither does our continued investment in the business, our team, and our customers. So, for a secure, intuitive, scalable and searchable digital library – and a paperless, connected NHS – contact us. We’re here to help. The picture is clear with Mizaic.

The Elective SPoA Technical Guidance (26/27) reinforces the shift toward a single, standardised front door for elective referrals and Advice & Guidance, bringing referral assessment and triage into one coordinated access point. This marks a move away from fragmented referral routes toward a unified, system-wide view of elective demand. LEO is supporting this change by standardising intake across eRS and non-eRS referrals, creating a single, consolidated view, alongside enabling more consistent clinical triage through integrated clinical decision support tools. It was a pleasure to be invited to take part in this year’s Digifest events across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. Across three dates and three sites, the Mizaic team had the opportunity to meet staff from across the Group, hear different perspectives, and showcase MediViewer in action. At Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where MediViewer is already in use, it was great to see such positive interest in Intelligent Search, a powerful new feature that will help clinicians rapidly find relevant information within a patient record and save valuable time. And feedback like this is hard to beat ❤️ “MediViewer has been transformative, easily the best system in the hospital.” Thank you to everyone who stopped by and spent time with us. Your feedback, ideas and experiences are invaluable as we continue to shape MediViewer around the needs of its users. For more details, or to see MediViewer for yourself, you can book a demo here: https://lnkd.in/e9mgJDbg

Maintaining the MediViewer momentum, we’re very pleased to announce a new partnership with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) 🤝 As part of a wider record modernisation project, Mizaic will facilitate the migration from the Trust’s incumbent document management platform to MediViewer, helping UHB improve access to clinical information while reducing long-term costs and easing the burden of legacy system maintenance. With integration planned across more than 40 clinical systems, including UHB’s existing EPR, the project will support more connected, efficient access to patient records and will continue to evolve alongside the Trust's digital maturity goals. You can explore the full story here: https://lnkd.in/eYfg_98b We're delighted to be working with UHB on this important programme. #DigitalHealth #NHS #HealthTech #PatientRecords
