Steven has spent more than a decade driving brand- and outcome-based digital media for national brands. He’s the type of person who genuinely enjoys media strategy, optimization frameworks, and building processes. Which means he asks, “Why?” far more than necessary. Steven’s habit of turning simple questions into whiteboard sessions is endearing (not really). But this obsession with finding answers is also what makes him so damn good at understanding the latest in conversion rate optimization, creating the perfect workout routine, or discovering why one grocery store has inexplicably better blueberries than another (he has a theory). When Steven isn't working, there's a good chance he's at the gym, exploring Boise with his Goldendoodle, or convincing himself that reorganizing his to-do list counts as productivity (okay, that’s kind of endearing).

Megan Pando—Florida native, consummate wanderer, and damn fine Art Director—comes to us by way of Savannah, Atlanta, Austin, and Portland. We're just glad she’s stayed long enough to unpack. A career in advertising is Megan’s excuse to understand people, find the humor in things, and figure out why culture does what it does. Which explains a lot, y'all. Speaking of which—yes, she says y'all. Constantly. She also abbreviates everything, loves a small-world coincidence with a suspicious level of enthusiasm, and co-founded a boiled peanut company in Portland called Two Girls Some Nuts. Huh. Outside of MP, Megan hones her sign-painting skills, spends as much time outdoors as humanly possible, and hosts a local radio show. LLDJPY! That’s, “Long live DJ Pandemonium, Y’all!” for … well, Y’all.

With nearly two decades of experience recruiting and placing creative professionals for agencies like MP, Jordan Livingston was managing (relationships) long before MP made the title official. He started developing an understanding of people at age 16. You’re looking at someone known as Record Store Guy, Car Wash Professional, Bread Baker, and many other titles, all before he hit his mid-20s. Why is this important? He has the eyes, ears, and know-how to bring people together and make sure our team delivers. Welcome to the crew!

Armed with dry wit, a degree in Virtual Technology and Design, and a pivot from game dev to graphic design, Tyler Morrison took one look at his career path and said, "Close enough!” A self-proclaimed generalist, he can do a little bit of everything. His soccer game is sharp, his production skills are sharper, and his horticulture skills are, well, he tends to 15-plus succulents and cacti in his spare time. Considering his sense of humor, seems fitting. Welcome to the team, Tyler Morrison!

The Rockies—Boise Ad Fed’s annual award show. It’s something we look forward to every year. Sure, we want to win. But more than anything, we like to have a good time. And when we get to do it in costume like it’s 1599… Hell Yes! We had bards, peasants, queens, a few harlots, a pirate (argh matey), our very own jester, Gandalf, a monk (so many confessions), and more. We even took home some booty (no, not that kind). A gold, five silvers, and only a few mild regrets for more than one, “Just one more.” Thanks to Boise Advertising Federation for bringing the magic and all the closet larpers who made the MP nerds feel right at home. Til next year.

Some promotions feel inevitable — like you're not so much giving someone a new title, but catching up to who they already are. This force of nature has been art directing in spirit long before the title made it official. A designer, an artist, an adventurer with an obsession for travel, and somehow — somehow — the most positive person in the room. (We're looking into it.) Whether she's crafting stunning work, giving free yoga advice, or blessing us with the greatest dating stories we've ever heard, she brings something rare: genuine joy for the craft and the people around it. Today, it’s official. Congratulations to our new Art Director, Beck Mulkey. Her words, not ours: "Suck it, nerds!" We couldn't agree more.
