Updates

  • Excellent feedback from a recent coaching engagement with Richard Tarran MVO. Over 15 months, Richard coached a client in the energy sector, with outcomes that demonstrate exactly what sustained coaching can achieve. At Mission Performance we're proud to have coaches who invest genuinely in the people they work with, and whose impact is still being felt long after the sessions end.

  • What does it take to build communication that actually changes behaviour? We believe it starts with understanding that communication isn't just a skill; it's the foundation of every high-performing culture, relationship, and result. We work with leaders, sales teams, and organisations across every level, from customer-facing teams to the boardroom, helping them communicate with clarity, confidence, and real impact. Swipe along the carousel to find out more about our communications team.

  • What can sales professionals learn from actors? Director of Communications Matt Burgess trained as a professional actor. He has since designed and delivered programmes for some of the World's most successful sales teams. In this latest article he draws on both worlds to shed light on his experience of what makes the most successful sales relationships. Learning that doesn’t change behaviour isn’t learning   There’s a hard truth that sits at the centre of organisational development, and it’s one most organisations still avoid confronting:   If behaviour doesn’t change, learning hasn’t happened.   After 25 years of designing and delivering large-scale learning programmes across industries, it’s the only definition that holds up under scrutiny. Everything else, attendance, satisfaction scores, even insight — is a proxy. Useful, perhaps. But not sufficient. Discover the full article on our website, link below. https://lnkd.in/eVDUFTwX

  • What does it take to make Human Performance a strategic advantage? We believe it starts with moving beyond procedures and technology, and addressing the human and organisational factors that drive serious incidents and limit reliability in high-hazard environments. We work with organisations across oilfield services, offshore operations, and high-reliability sectors; helping them reduce risk, build resilient safety cultures, and scale Human Performance best practice across their operations. Swipe along the carousel to find out more about our work.

  • What separates coaching that changes behaviour from coaching that doesn’t? We believe it takes structure, the right standard, and a system designed to reinforce change in the flow of real work. Every coach on our team is EMCC Global accredited. Swipe along the carousel below to find out who we are, who we work with, and how we work.

  • Why do most learning programmes fail to change anything? Not because the content is poor. Not because people don't care. Because the conditions for change were never built in the first place. For almost 25 years, we've been designing learning in high-pressure environments, where performance is visible and failure has a cost. That experience shapes how we think about what works, and what quietly doesn't. In the third article of our Augmenting Your Future Workforce series, we explore why most training fails before it even begins, and what has to be designed differently when behaviour change is the goal.
