📹 Check out our newest video in collaboration with Zühlke Group showcasing #myflow in action! A special thanks to Pascale Stöcklin for demonstrating how she uses myflow for her mental preparation.
Mental performance is no longer a black box. By bringing together science, engineering and product teams, myflow by MindMetrix AG and Zühlke realised a solution that measures cognitive activation in real time and translates it into actionable feedback. This project illustrates how interdisciplinary development turns complex research into real customer value, with implications ranging from high-performance sport to complex mental health management. Discover the product in action in our video with pole vault Olympian Pascale Stöcklin.

A coach’s perspective on myflow 👀 One of the things that makes myflow 2.0 special is how it empowers not only athletes, but also the people around them. Coaches and sport psychologists can see real progress data, track consistency, and adapt strategies where it matters most. Because mental performance isn’t trained in isolation, it’s a team effort. ➡️ Read more about how we designed myflow in our whitepaper: https://lnkd.in/etHzqnXz #myflow #mentalperformance #evidencebased #sportpsychology #selfregulation #highperformance

💡 “Would you ever trust training without proof?” In most sports, performance is highly developed, measured, and tracked down to the smallest detail. But when it comes to mental performance, too many athletes still rely only on “feel.” In our latest podcast episode, mental coach Sandro Stäheli and myflow COO Lara Ming explain why mental training must be evidence-based. It’s not optional! In high-pressure moments, self-regulation is a core skill. And like strength or endurance, it only improves with structured, regular training. ➡️ Watch the full talk here: https://lnkd.in/dShyS729 #myflow #mentalperformance #evidencebased #sportpsychology #selfregulation #highperformance #trainyourmind #neurofeedback WE² Stäheli Coaching & Consulting Excellence GmbH

This past month, our team is joined by Lukas, completing a mandatory sports psychology internship as part of his studies. 📚 His project: developing a mental strategy library for myflow, giving athletes and coaches a structured way to integrate mental strategies into training. He personally uses Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) regularly in his day-to-day life and brings that perspective into his work. A great addition to our mission of making mental performance both measurable and actionable. 🚀 Thank you Lukas. 🙏 #myflow #mentalperformance #evidencebased #sportpsychology #selfregulation #highperformance

🔄 Why do routines matter so much in sport? In episode 4 of our mental performance series, mental coach Sandro Stäheli highlights how routines are more than rituals. They are anchors for focus and stability. Whether it’s pre-competition prep or the moments leading into a decisive play, routines help athletes stay grounded, reduce noise, and create the mental space to perform at their best. 🎥 Watch the episode and see how intentional routines shape performance under pressure. #myflow #mentalperformance #routines #focus #highperformance #trainyourmind #athletedevelopment WE² Stäheli Coaching & Consulting Excellence GmbH
