AI doesn't run on algorithms alone. It runs on data. That split second when your phone translates a menu the moment you point the camera at it, your car brakes for a hazard you haven't seen yet, or your email suggests the perfect reply in a single tap? Memory and storage make it happen. See why memory and storage are the foundation for #AI, unlocking the speed, scale, and real-time responsiveness behind the experiences you use every day, from cloud to edge. We're proud of the role our teams play in shaping what's next. 👉 Read the story: https://bit.ly/44HMUOV #IntelligenceAccelerated

AI isn’t just in the cloud anymore — it’s happening on the road. 🚗 Today's vehicles think in real time. Your car spots a cyclist in your blind spot, keeps you centered in your lane on a long highway stretch, and eases itself into a tight parking spot. All of it decided in the moment, right inside the vehicle. Micron memory and storage help enable the flow of data that makes these AI-powered experiences possible, moving data fast enough to power split-second decisions. Built to move data. Designed to power decisions. Driving automotive AI forward. #IntelligenceAccelerated #EdgeAI Learn more: https://bit.ly/4fgXEZc

More flexibility for edge AI. As #edgeAI reshapes how mobile and client PC products come to life, so does the need for memory that can keep pace. That’s why Micron is expanding our 1γ LPDDR5X portfolio with new non-binary capacity options of 6GB, 12GB and 24GB — giving more room to tailor every tier from value to flagship. With speeds up to 10.7 Gb/s, Micron’s 1γ LPDDR5X is built to support the next generation of intelligent, power-efficient devices. Your computer doesn’t have one memory—it has many. They don’t all work the same way. Some are fast but hold less data, others have massive capacity but are slower. Together, they form a system designed to keep data moving. And at AI scale? It gets even more interesting. This video walks through the entire memory hierarchy — what it is, how it works, and why it’s critical not just for your laptop, but for the AI systems shaping the future.

Today in Clay, New York, we officially poured concrete for the foundation of our first New York fab — an important milestone in the construction of what will be the largest semiconductor manufacturing site in U.S. history. We were honored to be joined by federal, state and local leaders, supplier partners, and other distinguished guests to celebrate the progress of this historic project. A sincere thank you to those pictured: U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Kelly Loeffler, U.S. Chief Technology Officer Dr. Ethan Klein, New York Governor Kathy Hochul, Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon, Congresswoman Tenney, Congressman John Mannion, Town of Clay Deputy Supervisor Joe Bick, and the CEOs of Bechtel, Jacobs, and Gilbane.

Today marks a major milestone for Micron as we celebrate the first concrete pour at our Clay, New York fab and increase our planned U.S. investments to more than $250 billion through 2035. This investment will help advance our goal of producing 40% of Micron's DRAM in the U.S. while strengthening the domestic semiconductor ecosystem. It is expected to generate 50,000 jobs in New York, including 9,000 direct Micron jobs. As construction on the largest private investment in state history moves ahead in Central New York, we're helping build the future of American memory manufacturing. https://bit.ly/4feZjPc
